Best Western Harrisburg North Hotel

The electric went out at seven and we went downstairs to check when I was gonna turn on. They had no idea they were. They would say 1130 and then it turned into 12 whatever and then it come back on at two and then this one customer was checking in and they said that the there was water damage on the third floor of the power of being out then they said that there was

This place must have changed hands since my last stay there. No face cloths on entire property. No housekeeping received during entire stay. Several requests to no avail. Had planned to use this property for additional stays, but not now. It was an awful experience.

This day was horrible trying to talk to housecleaning and they tell you they don’t speak. English. Couldn’t get no wash cost or no wash cause in the room. The door didn’t lock housekeeping never came in on the four days. We stayed there on top of having to pay a fee because we got in in the morning right before check-in time. Electricity went out. They did not accommodate us for anything. I had to go down to the front desk three times before they were willing to even help me. I would never recommend or stay in this hotel again.

not that this was the hotel's fault, but a storm came through and there was no power until 2:30am. that was bad since we were in rooms at 7:30. but the next day they did do a nice breaksfast, but no ice from machines.

The room given to us had the door propped open. No towels in bathroom. I spoke to the desk clerk and was told the door was open as they were airing the room out. The room did smell. I noticed also the motel smelled when we first entered the lobby. I was given 2 towels. (Neither of which was bath towels.) The Electric went out early until close to 3 in the morning due to a power outage in the area. There was no one at the Service desk to find out what was going on so I asked a lady who was with a lot of people in the Lobby what was happening. It was VERY loud and crazy. Forget sleeping. It felt unsafe being in a dark Motel and not seeing anyone in control reassuring people and giving updates throughout the night. At 6am a TV was blaring loudly in breakfast area. Although TV in room was not working. The shower in the bathroom had a lot of black mold all around it. Room was ok but was dark with poor lighting BEFORE the lights went out. Room was definitely not worth the money paid. We will not be staying here again.

The power went out my whole state air and didn't come back on until 5:00 the next morning would never recommend anyone ever stay there it was no backup generator there was no one at the front desk for help there was no one there.

Off the interstate The doors were open upon arrival to our room. Room had a bloody pillow in the closet. The pull out sheet had dirty hairs all over it

The shower was quite moldy in the bathroom felt kind of dirty.

Nice quiet, clean hotel, nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Highly recomend

Very well maintained for the age of the property. It was clean. Breakfast was great. Absolutely pleased with the overall experience.

We are very disappointed for spending $220.00 +tax per night in this hotel, and we worry for falling sick sleeping in this dirty room. I can share the videos with you.

Breakfast was good and they had several options. Beds were comfortable the bathroom facilities were average. Small bathroom clogged bathtub limited bathing supplies and limited towels

Clean room, staff courteous and breakfast!

People form outside the hotel apparently can play loud music and set up tents at the pool area until 10:30 pm without the staff being able to tell them to stop playing music keeping the whole half of the hotel facing the pool awake. I heard another person in the lobby complaining about how she has the right to call the police, because the staff working told them they couldn't do anything about the noise. 100% unacceptable and no accountability at this Best Western Hotel.

Yes , arrived and room was broken into before we even stepped foot in the room the door wouldn't lock and no ac we had to change rooms... very inconvenient... I went to new room no air!!!! Very dirty blankets and no blankets for couch bed which also was extremely dirty. Everything STAFF WAS TO BUSY TO HELP JUST LEFT A SIGN ON THE FRONT DESK WHILE OUTSIDE FLIRTING... NOTHING. Room was dirty, no mattress or bedding for sofa bed, bugs found in bathroom (spider web, spider, and slug), garbage found in room, fitness center had open food containers, garbage strewn everywhere. Restrooms were disgusting next to breakfast room. The guy at the front desk was too worried about eating the breakfast food for the guests to be concerned with bathrooms that needed to be cleaned immediately.

Very nice room . First day the pool wasn't open due to low chlorine. Next day the pool was open but couldn't get access to it because there was a ton of people in the pool along side with nowhere to walk or park in their parking lot. Loud music blasting and a cook out in the middle of the parking spaces ! Never will stay here again .

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, parking was easy and breakfast was good.

It has a free electric car charging station. The breakfasts were repetitive. I stayed 4 nights.

Air conditioning was off when we arrived late and took awhile to cool the room. Bed kept feeling like something was crawling on us. Wouldn’t stay here again.
