I did love the layout of our room and the bed was very comfortable.

All was very clean

The pool was too small to be useful, but we saw some people using the gym. All day coffee was amazing and the breakfast was surprisingly good. We would definitely stay here again.

The whole facility was beautiful. Parking was easy. The room was super clean and had everything we could possibly want. The breakfast options were the only disappointment for the entire stay. The heated choices were barely luke warm and the eggs and danish were not very tasteful. The coffee was fine. The bisquits were not warm and hard as rocks.

Friendly staff nice pool . Breakfast you had to ask every time they should bring what is missing ..would like they pay attention without having to ask..

It was nice and close to everything we needed.

Our room was clean, and check-in was smooth. The breakfast area, however, was quite messy—not due to the staff, but because many guests and their children left the area in disarray. Unfortunately, it made the breakfast experience less enjoyable.

Beautiful place to stay! Loved the suite, plenty of room!

The staff was very nice . Has a grill, my children and I enjoyed the food we grilled there. The pool too cold. And the drinks sometimes tasted like plastic also the tv at our room was damaged. And the microwave was disgusting. In other Home 2's the experience was very good but in this one it was poorly maintained and was very bad

Showers need to be better. Water pressure too low

The original rep also said the new hotel was just 7 minutes from the other one, it wasn’t. It was also WAY off our route and cost us valuable drive time. It typically wouldn’t have mattered but we were traveling home from a funeral and needing to get back for my youngest child’s graduation ceremony. So while I do love the Home2Suites generally, this situation left a lot to be desired.

Great place for business travelers and families

Always a reliable stop on our trek from FL to New England! On this visit the A/C in our home was not functioning correctly - was blasting and would respond to the thermostat. The on duty manager arranged for another room and discounted the stay. Breakfast was hot and had several choices. We will be back!

Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff!

Our second time staying here and we will stay again when we come to town. Very clean hotel and the staff is friendly.

The customer service here is truly next level. I felt so comfortable and welcomed — genuinely at home while receiving amazing care throughout my stay. I stayed here during my graduation celebration, and the staff went above and beyond by surprising me with a congratulatory card and a thoughtful hamper, which made the experience even more special. The staff and service were exceptional, and the front desk staff member, Tigi, especially stood out as a genuinely awesome person and host. The rooms were spotless, very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was top class. I will definitely be coming back.

This was a wonderful stay! The room & building felt very clean and safe. The suite exceeded my expectations! There was a loving kitchenette with dishwasher, micro wave, half size fridge (not the small ones, this was like a mid size fridge!) There was lots of room and a wonderful big window with awesome shades (one for privacy but to let light in and one great black out shade). There were so many lamps too! Which is great for lighting at nighttime. Lots of desk space with a table underneath that you could roll out if needed another table. There was paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher soap all for you under the kitchen sink. Bathroom was lovely too! ALL staff I encounter were super nice and helpful. Parking felt very safe and I liked how which ever side of the building your room was, there was plenty of parking to park so you may check on your vehicle. The breakfast was super amazing compared to other places I have stayed. You could make your bf sandwiches with really good croissants, bagels, etc. They has fried eggs and Canadian bacon too! Waffle maker, etc. Breakfast was just really good. My only suggestion is to bring a box fan to block out the noise of the highway near by, but that's not the fault of the this place! It was also located near a shopping outlet that had a great sandwich place, Starbucks and crackle barrel. Oh and the pool area was super perfect for kids and families! Didn't use the gym area, but it looked nice. Again, great place! Clean, Safe, lovely staff!

Absolutely amazing hotel! the breakfast was great. The size of the room was great. Noise was hardly a problem.
