Clean hotel friendly staff.

It was great! Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and welcoming, facilities were clean and well kept! Loved it.

Clean room and breakfast included.

I liked the size of our room. Big bathroom and big bedroom. Kitchen was nice and living room area was nice too. It was a little small but still very nice! Breakfast was good. Seemed to give you many options. Lots of place to sit to eat or take to your room. Didn't like to overcrowded swimming area and it was pretty small. Didn't like how people brought their children into the workout area. Couldn't work out too many kids crawling all over the equipment. Tried to use the fire pit and it didn't work. We were looking forward to that most of all to just relax after being at the park all day.

Great location ! Ample parking spaces. Kids loved the pool. Room was quite spacious. Beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast could have been better with more choices.

Great shower! Comfy beds Took to long to check in at 3pm and don't check in for after an hour when the rooms are suppose to be ready for 3

The breakfast was terrible. No apple juice, breakfast taste of sausage and eggs tasted old. Potatoes cakes tasted like smashed old tator tots. The room air conditioning struggled to get the room to 70 degrees. The 4 floor halls and elevators were humid and stale air.

We appreciated the staff's cheerful delivery extra coffee pods for us.

Convenient to all attractions and to the highway. Very family friendly. The pillows were so uncomfortable. I suggest you bring your own if you want to sleep! They also did not have enough hot plates for the rooms. We were fortunate and brought one from home so we were able to cook meals in the room.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Safe, quiet, clean! Would definitely stay again when traveling.

Nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Hershey Park. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. We came to check in at 3:39pm but the hotel wasnt ready for us for another 30 minutes. Check in was 3pm. Wasn't a huge deal, went to eat. But that was the only thing that happened.
