We really enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast was very good. Phone didn't work in the room, and maintenance never showed up to check on it. Had to go down to front desk to ask for help when wifi would not connect, and they only gave me an 800 number to call. The room was nice and bed was comfortable.

Amazing service. The best breakfast around. Perfect location to stay by Hershey Park.

The amenities , and the breakfast . For starters, about an hour after checking in, the bathroom sink in our room became clogged. I immediately requested maintenance that evening and was told no maintenance staff were available until the following morning. A few hours later, the toilet also became clogged. I went back to the front desk and was again informed that maintenance was unavailable. I even asked for a plunger so we could resolve the issue ourselves, but was told they did not have one available. As a result, my family and I were forced to use the public restroom for the remainder of our stay and brush our teeth in the kitchen sink of our suite, which was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. In addition to the plumbing issues, the room was not clean upon arrival. We found French fries underneath the couch, despite the fact that we did not eat fries at any point during our stay. The pull-out bed had crumbs all over the mattress, indicating it had not been properly cleaned between guests. Most concerning, my 5-year-old child found a vape underneath one of the beds. No one in our family uses vaping products, and this raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of the room. Overall, our experience fell far below reasonable expectations. The lack of functioning plumbing, inability to obtain maintenance assistance, and poor cleanliness of the room significantly impacted our stay.

This is one of our stops on our semi-annual migration from FL to ME. We have stayed here 3-4 times and have always enjoyed it. We had issues the first couple of stays with the fire alarm going off around 5:00 AM. I assume it was from someone smoking in the stairwell or just outside the side entrances. The fire department never showed and no one had to evacuate but it did place the elevators non operable. This made it a hassle to climb down 4 flights of stairs with my hip issues. The last couple of times it didn’t happen.

Breakfast was good. Was put on top floor. Place stocks Palmolive soap, and it’s kind of strong background odor and not necessarily enjoyed for us Dial users lol, but a “clean” smell nonetheless. Shower had signs of un-cleanable mold and red/orange bacteria in the shower, likely from a previous extended stay without good hygiene and allowing hotel staff to clean. Visible black colored mold growing on ceiling in front of climate air supply register. Ceiling cracked and drywall taping visible. Bathroom sink cracked in bowl. Pool was nice. Staff was nice. Towels and supplies were stocked. Kitchen had functioning appliances and a smattering of utensils and cookware that would cover any meal needs. Again great price for the overall value. Bed was comfy, awoke comfortably and felt rested. Did not use on-site WiFi so cannot comment truthfully. Had signs to hang for do not disturb and pets in the room. TV remote worked well, lighting fixtures worked when used. Although lightbulbs themselves did not stay consistent as far as warm or cool appearances goes. Place felt secure and residents both long and short term did not feel unwelcoming or uncomfortable to be around, and the lobby area is nicely lit and inviting for breakfast and bar attendees, time of day depending. Pick-up and drop off at entrance is super ADA 👍and easy to access!
