Cheap price good for the night.

Friendly staff. Close to the park. Just a basic but clean room

It's not the nicest location, but the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean.

The Staff member on duty (I wish I could remember his name) was extraordinarily helpful in many ways. (IE: fixing the phone, my computer the TV, my endless questions, etc.) All with a smile on his face and very pleasant professional demeanor. A genuinely true asset and a remarkably excellent employee. I'll stay again on future trips. Thanks, ~ Tim Runfola

The hotel was clean for the most part. The lobby and exterior needed updating. The building looked dated. The road to the hotel needed some fixing up. The parking was good. The staff was available but a little pre occupied. Not bad. I would probably not stay in this hotel again but it was worth the price I paid.

The check in staff went above and beyond when we checked in super late after a concert at Hershey Park. The room suited our purposes which was just to rest between our outings. It was a little aged but acceptable. Overall we would probably stay again. It was a trip for our 30th Anniversary.

This hotel was very dated. Dinesh, the gentleman who checked us in was awesome. Then we get to our room where we discovered the bathroom was not cleaned at all from the last guest AT ALL. Checked our room thoroughly for any signs of bugs but we didn't see anything thank goodness. We had wipes so we wiped the bathroom down and didnt complain. Breakfast was basic but fine. No other amenities at this location and we probably wouldn't book here again unless we are on a tight budget.

This place needs a little TLC

AC and frigde not working, wifi was too slow and poor connectivity. When we asked to change the room, the fronk desk showed no apologies for providing substandard amenities. Breakfast was atrocious with stale bread, muffin and bagels. On night of July 4th there was a power outage due to a thunderstorm. The hotel had no back up inverter. We stayed in sweltering heat without AC for 8 hours till we decided it was unbearable and so we checked out 4 hours earlier than check out time. Not worth spending even a dollar at this hotel!

Fair for a place to sleep. Breakfast was a yogurt and a muffin or toast.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. The rooms were clean but dated which made them feel less so. We checked in around 10:30 pm and were made to feel like an inconvenience. The breakfast had cereal, milk, muffins, bread, and bananas but the juice machine was turned off and there were several items such as hot tea and oatmeal packets that would require hot water with no water in sight. We wanted a place to sleep and that is exactly what we got.

Gross, scary, mildew musty smell, felt unsafe, left early because we felt disgusting

A/C worked, beds were comfortable. Breakfast consisted of juice, coffee, cereal. Very weak compared to other Super 8 breakfast offerings.
