Spark by Hilton Harrisburg East

This property was under complete renovation and transformation into a Hilton Spark Hotel. Essentially none of the amenities were available as construction crews and boxes were everywhere. The energy was positive and everything they upgraded looks shiny new and classy. The room was clean, modern and comfortable. Would definitely stay again, and am looking forward to the grand re-opening next week as a new Hilton Hotel!

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, my room had already been done and was very nice but the first floor, including the lobby, pool and breakfast area were a mess. No pool, no breakfast even after I asked and was told there would be a grab and go. I had to have housekeeping make the, provide towels and also a shower curtain. The shampoo and soap bottles were empty, even after I requested them to be refilled twice.

- Toilet valve ran all night...could hear in the room - Toilet had sediment of some kind in the bowl - light switches upside down - Very disappointing

Rooms updated very clean and comfortable, friendly staff members Building was in construction and construction material was laying all over the floor of the hallways when we first arrived

the location The bathtub had mold, and the bath mat smelled bad; I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

My husband went to breakfast & said okay. The air conditioner was not on when we arrived so very hot & stuffy. I told woman who I asked to come to room because remote not working. We found out you have to press button on cord to air conditioner to turn on. The thermostat registered 23 & she said it would get up to 32 & never got above 26. I could not sleep. Finally, dropped off after 12:30a but without blanket. Still stuffy in the morning. Bathroom mirror had tape on upper right, sink would not drain properly which is gross. Mold on walls & near bottom of tub. Guy on phone when checking out so did not report & left. No one should have this experience paying the amount we did & 7.3 rating. They are renovating so cost should reflect that!

Evening staff was wonderful helping with an AC problem. Rooms and common areas are clean and its less then 20 mins to Hershey.

The beds and pillows were perfect. I slept so well both times we stayed here. The listing shows a big breakfast buffet option. All they actually had was a waffle maker and bagels. No cereal, eggs or meat. There was nothing I could eat (gluten free). Also Google cannot find it. They get you on the right road, but a long way from the actual property.

Great stay. When you factor in the great price is outstanding!

They gave us fresh towels daily, also made the bed if we didn’t; which we sucked at so thank you! Nothing.

That they took out $100 Off my debit it took 5 minutes and now its going to take 4 to 7 business days to get it back.

We arrived to staff having issues with a patron being rude and instead of asking them to leave they continued to argue with said patron. Then we asked to have heat turned on as it was cold they came up started and blew nothing but cold air so room was cold all night. Breakfast was nasty!

The WiFi and location. Nothing else . It was dirty , we switched rooms twice, staff is rude , maintenance speaks no English , beds are hard, shower has no pressure, had black mold and pool is very small

It was clean They double charged us. The water for shower was cold and no pressure when I complained they moved us to a new room but it was no better and they lied and told me I could talk to the manager but he never showed up when I asked them to do something they told me they couldn't because I booked through you
