Superb

No room service, bar was closed when we arrived 9.30 so a bit disappointing really but only there to break our onward journey so no issue.

Nice place to stay if attending Hershey Park. Room was clean and available early. Staff was helpful and courteous. Pool and bar/dining were clean and ready/stocked. Definitely would use again. About a 20 minute ride to the park.

Bad

The staff was friendly, very welcoming and helpful. The rooms however, could have used more attention. It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, the layout was bare, and it felt like they needed better maintenance. Breakfast was available for purchase and was on the expensive side, but the food was very good and the service at breakfast was excellent. Not a bad stay, just not a standout one. For the right price and a convenient overnight stop, I would consider staying here again.

Nice pool, location to Hershey Park, rooms and beds and bathroom and staff are very friendly! Not sure I would charge for breakfast, would be a perk if included. Dog friendly too!

The staff was amazing!

Archie at the front desk was very helpful, switching our room immediately when the television didn’t work. Only one treadmill worked in the fitness room. One elevator didn’t work. The pool was littered with lantern flies. Basic hotel overall.

That said, the bed was comfortable and the stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
