HOTEL! NO

Chambre sale et draps et serviettes sales dans le corridor. J'ai des photos. Staff: Archie was super, Fe was very rude.

Good
-
It was close to everything There should not be a sliding door on the bathroom

The front desk staff was useless and absent. Had to move multiple rooms. 2 of the suites which cost a pretty significant amount for what they are had major mold issues and non working ac units that leaked into the room on the floor and disgusting sheets with visible stains and even the refrigerator wouldn't get cold.

Hotel is in need up an update. Rightfully so, its been here for years now.
-
I didn't have a television for days and no discounts. No microwave in the room

Exceptional

Stayed here on a quick overnight stay. The check in was quick and easy and the room was clean and comfortable. Only con was the A/C. Wasn’t central air and the unit blew right in the beds direction. The auto temp was low so couldn’t really adjust it and didn’t go on consistently. Other than that it was a good stay.

Superb

No room service, bar was closed when we arrived 9.30 so a bit disappointing really but only there to break our onward journey so no issue.
-
Nice place to stay if attending Hershey Park. Room was clean and available early. Staff was helpful and courteous. Pool and bar/dining were clean and ready/stocked. Definitely would use again. About a 20 minute ride to the park.

Hotel Indigo was awesome!

Room was clean. Walk in shower was great.

Bad

The staff was friendly, very welcoming and helpful. The rooms however, could have used more attention. It wasn’t as clean as I would have expected, the layout was bare, and it felt like they needed better maintenance. Breakfast was available for purchase and was on the expensive side, but the food was very good and the service at breakfast was excellent. Not a bad stay, just not a standout one. For the right price and a convenient overnight stop, I would consider staying here again.
