That said, the bed was comfortable and the stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Everything was wonderful with the stay, however the deposit was $150, even though I prepaid, which seemed high & did not fall off right away after checking out like I was told at check in. I would make sure to check on that with the front desk when you check out.

the property itself was very cozy, and had wonderful staff. i especially loved the atmosphere of the restaurant inside the hotel, and the food was excellent. i am going to choose this hotel from now on when i am in the area!

The location was OK. Customer service was awful. We got double charged. When we called to get it sorted out they said it was impossible and we were passed off 3 times to someone in “guest relations” who took a bunch of notes and promised to contact us within 24 hours to get it settled. It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from them.

Barely anything I was double charged and the incompetent front staff was afraid to refund me. They told me I needed to talk to some non existent manager to get my money back.

The AC went out in our room, they said they'd change our room.We had an infant with cradle plus we were 3 days into a 6 day stay. Guy disappeared we waited, waited I call front desk was told "oh your new room keys are here at front desk, come down.

Nice property with outdoor pool which is nice. Modern and clean and a good choice when visiting the Hershey area.

The included breakfast was late getting started, and sorely lacking in variety. Only bagels and a few muffins or dry cereal. Less than what you would expect from this hotel chain. TV also didn’t work initially. Not at all what I would expect from this hotel chain.

When I told him I had spoken to someone who told me all rooms have a refrigerator. He gave me two more "free" breakfast tickets (breakfasts was included with my reservation) which still didn't even cover all the days I stayed there. He said he wasn't sure, it was either a microwave or refrigerator that rooms have, he doesn't go into the rooms so he wouldn't know, is what he said. Only one elevator worked the whole time stayed there. Most of the time both doors of the unworking elevator were open and I could see behind the scenes to the laundry room with dirty vents and trash on the floor. Elevator floor was yellowed.

Ice machine was down on the 2nd floor but other than that, a nice hotel.

The outdoor pool lounge area was very nice and the interior decorating of the lobby and rooms were tastefully done. Not your average hotel decor.

The front desk staff were not helpful. The first interactions involved my cards being charged twice for a room I already paid for. The second involved a myself and my guest given false information about breakfast being complementary. The next involved a lack of proper hygiene items in the bathroom as there was no body wash or hand soap, the ice dispenser was very dusty.
