Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel

The staff was kind and attentive I had ants in my room. The "Bar" was a hallway that was converted into a bar to handle the construction. It smelled and there was more bugs.

It was ok Breakfast was not included and it should be for the price. It was so confusing with the construction and I got lost all the time.

I did not eat at the hotel as I attending another function where food was provided. We did not use the pool as it did not appear to be in use at that time.

The heater kept us awake all night. Poor room.

Front desk was very nice. Clean bathroom and room

You was clean, staff friendly and helpful. I was there for a conference. Lots of construction makes the restaurant very small. It’s going to be beautiful when completed.

2. The sliding barn door of the bathroom needs to be realigned, it came off the track.

Everything needs updated or repaired

the renovated rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was simple and good, even though they are under construction. The pool was very nice. The pool could have been a little cleaner but it still was nice. The entire pool area is a great set up and the ability to swim inside and outside was really cool.

Water backed up

Rooms need upgrade. Water won't run well in the bathroom, ants in the room, Tv won't work.

We deserve. Refund it was so bad.

Staff treated my family very well . Would stay again
