Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel

Pool was nice, plenty of parking, access to coffee earlier than the restaurant opening. Smelled a little like septic. Toilets flushed so loud I could hear the other rooms flush. Fitness center was very lacking. The one bike didn’t even have resistance.

This staff was amazing! The rooms are very nice and clean and the property is great. You get what you pay for.

Checked in very late was was told by front desk they needed a credit card to charge me because Expedia hasn’t been paying them. Property was very run down and dirty. Room smelled like mold. Sheets had black dirt streaks. Within a few minutes of being in the room a roach climbed on the desk. Towels has holes and were very crunchy. Air vent full of mold. Horrible.

There were no exhaust fans in the bathroom. After showers, the ceiling leaked white residue from the paint onto the floor, counter, and person in the bathroom. The build-up of moisture would go to the carpet making it damp.

Very good

The staff was kind and attentive I had ants in my room. The "Bar" was a hallway that was converted into a bar to handle the construction. It smelled and there was more bugs.

It was ok Breakfast was not included and it should be for the price. It was so confusing with the construction and I got lost all the time.

Everything are perfect except the transport to the haram

I did not eat at the hotel as I attending another function where food was provided. We did not use the pool as it did not appear to be in use at that time.

The heater kept us awake all night. Poor room.
