Room itself was clean enough and usable Bathroom was in poor condition and water started dripping from the floor above into my toilet.

I originally had this at a 3 star because when we arrived noone was at desk for over 20mins and when someone did show up he was quite rude. All I will say now is do not bring your dog! They have screwed us. I called 2 weeks later to get the $100 hotel refund, which they also took out a $25 non-returnable pet deposit (expected.) Total of $125! We were with our dogs the entire stay, never once left them alone and they slept majority of the time while they were there with US! Cleand up after them in the dog area and inspected the room throughly before we left. We take care of our dogs. Checked in about 230pm and gone by 830am the next day. Whomever answered the phone when I called about refundable deposit was rotten, rude, which of course got me a little heated but never would I treat a customer the way he did this entire stay or on thr phone call. Never again will we stay at this place and dont recommend you do, especially with a pet. We have stayed at many hotels with ours and never had this situation. Everyone loves them and states how quiet and great they are. Good luck if you stay!

Room is OK, quiet location. The hot items at the breakfast buffet were cold. Wasn't much there overall. It was a fine hotel for the price.

Staff was friendly. Hotel is used and tired. Just when you think the elevator is at your level, because it stops, the door starts to open then the elevator lunches. It also makes noisy, glad I will never use that again. The chair in our room wouldn't un-recline, torn boxspring showing. The breakfast had cold uncooked hashbrowns and the sausage also looked undercooked or warmed. The rest of the breakfast was all carbs. While the price would have been acceptable with a good breakfast, the rest of the hotel was...eh. We won't be staying here again. We felt safe but the hotel was just too tired. Many other hotels to choose from in the area. We aren't super picky but these things could be easily remedied, but weren't. Not acceptable to us.

The carpets in the hallways are filthy and in desperate need of replacement. However the room and room carpet were very clean.

Worst hotel stay ever. Rude staff and beds were terrible and old. Also had bug bites on my body the next morning

Staff-Ok, No issues Breakfast was the standard like most places. The sausage was not to good and eggs were just not to our liking. Waffles, oatmeal,coffee, juices etcwere all ok. We’ve stayed at these hotels in other locations and this location was not as nice as other. It needs carpets cleaned throughout the hotel and rooms. Other guest commented that this location was not as nice as other locations. Also need more handicap parking spots.

Location to the airport was convenient and the bed was comfortable. Also, the room was cleaned very well every other day. Property is very run down. Door to parking lot had rotten frame and both handrails were rusted through and very loose. Our bathroom had a hole in wall up by shower head and shower was hazardous due to lack of non slip shower mat. Water pressure was dismal and our room seemed to be next door to a loud equipment room and had a constant compressor running. And only one small trashcan for entire room, including the bathroom! Will not stay here again nor recommend this property to anyone else.
