La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Harrisburg Airport Hershey

I’ll be booking La Quintas from now on! This property was wonderful! Easy check in, transparent fees, and very friendly staff! The bed was so comfortable, I didn’t ache like I usually do staying away from home. The breakfast was delicious and having access to coffee and hot water all day was a real treat! The only thing I didn’t like was the water pressure; I have thick hair and it seemed to take a long time to rinse since the pressure wasn’t there. It’s safe to say that is a usual problem at a hotel for me but nothing I would give this fine establishment a poor rating on. Everyone was pleasant and made sure my husband and I were comfortable. Thank you so much for a very pleasant stay!

Glad we had a place to stay with our dog.

Room was clean and AC work. Smelled fresh and not overpowering carpet cleaners. Staff in the front was very welcoming and process was quick and easy. Breakfast was hot and cold foods, definitely a quality breakfast on the go right at your hands.

We weren’t in the room for more than 30 minutes and a bed bug was on the bed. We went to the front desk and the agent didn’t seem surprised or concerned at all. Would not recommend!

Breakfast is limited Not allowed to use tables after breakfast concludes Cleaning person used same cloth to wipe trash can then the counters where food was Feet get dirty walking in room barefoot

Cost Uncleanliness

The staff who worked during breakfast worked very hard to replenish breakfast items. Hotel needs to be renovated... old and musty smell.

1. While entering the room it had a mildew odor to find a spider nest behind the curtain.. when turning on the air they preceded to come out.2 the bathroom tiles were coming up 3. hair was found in the bathtubs ..when calling down to the owner of the establishment he came to see what the problem was and said from the first conversation when calling down to the front desk I would get refunded.To him changing his mind after he witnessed for himself the spiders .he said just don’t open the window and if there were bed bugs then he could refund ..I explained to him that I’m on vacation with my family and I’m not here to be and exterminator and I would be leaving refund or not ..! There were many more issues that was concerning but didn’t want to be petty nor ruin our Hershey park experience for the first time .The owner was very disrespectful, not accommodating..and when I asked him would he stay here with his family .i heard crickets..yeah just what I thought ..driving back home was the best decision.

Room was clean for the price. Only issue was it smelled funky, but got nose blind quickly.
