Everything was clean and smelled good. The pools were very clean.

Great location and staff

It’s was okay we just spent 1 night. The bedroom and hallway kinda smells, maybe because it’s carpet and people walk straight from the pool to the bedroom without drying completely. Other than that. It was good enough for us to sleep.

I really liked this hotel, the rooms are big snd spacious, had a balcony. The hotel is big too, with two pools- outdoor and indoor, jacuzzi, little arcade and other places to hang out with friends and families. We stayed there for my daughter’s cheer competition, and we saw a lot of other athletes staying there. Families with kids and teenagers mostly.

Its clean, the pool is big, the area is near to everything No free breakfast but its ok. The sofa bed i slept was way too soft that make me uncomfortable to slept.

Very comfortable, clean Unfortunately the Restaurant was open all the time, I assumed it had more , food and drinks available!

The location The lights didn’t work in the room. The outlets didn’t work only two. The ceiling was stained. There were flies in the room . The pull out couch had stains no sheet or blanket had to ask. Rugs had holes and door to bathroom was broke

It sounded as if it was raining in our room from the rain outside. Light in the room is very dim. Bathroom exhaust not working.

Lots of amenities and welcoming staff.

There was bad smell everywhere in the hotel; the elevator, hallways, and guest room. The walls were paper thin so we could hear every footstep above, below, and around us. The coffee maker in the room was missing pieces. The luggage carts had flat tires which made it harder to get our stuff to our room. The service in the restaurant was the best part of the trip! We ate breakfast and lunch there and both times we received excellent service. The front desk was also responsive and friendly. I feel like with a little bit of effort, the hotel good be great. But it doesn’t seem like there’s interest in fixing these issues. With the amount of money being charged per night, we shouldn’t have to deal with easy fixes.

We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were clean and very comfortable, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the pool was awesome with plenty of space, they even had a big playground, with plenty of room for my kids to run around and play. The restaurant has very good food and it was very affordable!! We would like to extended our stay we liked it that much. That we had to go back home at the end of our stay.

Super friendly hotel staff and so helpful. You aren’t just a face there-you are a person and they remember you each time you walk by.

Staff were wonderful, food was delicious, the hotel was clean. We had a small issue with our room, but the manager took care of it for us. The mattress on the pull out sofa was super thin so you could feel all the springs through it. Thankfully my son can sleep on anything so it wasn’t an issue and we were only there for one night.

Great amenities, good family location, rooms large and comfortable. In dire need of some updating, balcony railings rusted and peeling. Painting needs to be done, a lot of peeling and soiled walls in hallways. Stayed mid week and restaurant/lounge was not open.

What we paid for this hotel room for 2 nights was so ridiculously expensive for the cleanliness of the hotel. The bathroom was disgusting. Old and in need of major updating. Pink mold in the shower, cocking that was old and falling apart and black in some places. The rest of the room seemed ok. Kinda dark in the room so it was hard to tell. The bathroom toilet also didn’t have enough pressure to flush. It got clogged and maintenance needed to come unclog it. It had also spilled over the toilet and I’m pretty sure he didn’t disinfect the floor afterwards as I did not see any disinfectant in his hand. Just took the dirty towels out. I just ended up using towels all over the floor to walk on after. The pool area was also in need of some repairs it looked but not being picky with that area. My kids loved the pools. Definitely NOT worth the money! If I’m paying over $500 for two nights I expect a clean bathroom.

Comprehensive facilities. Large parking space. Clean room and pool. Friendly and kind staff. Noisy refrigerator. The hot tub was only for adults, so we couldn't use it as a family. A little expensive given that it's a weekday stay. There was a restaurant menu in the room, but the restaurant wasn't open.

Lots of extras but needs updating. Very outdated
