Staff was absolutely amazing and super super kind and helpful. The hotel though is definitely older and needs major updating as our room smelled like mildew and was very humid. Luckily the ac worked but our bathtub had a huge hole in the middle that was covered with a thin sheet but stepping on it didn’t feel sturdy. The hairdryer also had hair in it and so did our tub when we arrived.

So, shockingly that the room was as clean and comfortable as it was by looking at the outside of the building. Checkin was easy, room was one of the cleanest in out whole vacation( 12 days, 3 different hotels). Beds were comfortable... So now the not good stuff, but doable, the carpet going upstairs definitely needed to be replaced, I'm pretty sure there are "long term" people staying there, which were no bother to us. The breakfast area and options were small and limited, there were restaurants close by though and the area of the hotel wasn't the greatest.

Everything was great exactly what we hoped for.

I booked this room only because it stated it had a patio or balcony. No such thing exists. I feel like this was false advertisement. I was forced to stay. It's been ridiculous money

Air conditioning, comfortable bed, near by shopping, coffee and small continental brkfst and a hot shower. Easy check in and check out.

Our room had a weird odor, bathroom smelled very strongly of bleach and overall the property and room are in need of upkeep and facelift. They did provide coffee and a light breakfast and the front desk person was very pleasant.
