The staff was extremely helpful, courteous, and friendly. They always had a smile and kind word for us. The breakfast was quite good. You never know what to expect with hotel provided breakfast, so this was a pleasant surprise. The hotel and rooms are very clean. My only complaint is the pillows. They were very flat and didn't provide any support, so I woke up with a headache.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast is expensive. Almost $8 for cold cereal and $15 for hot food (per person). It was cheaper to go to the diner and get a big breakfast.

Overall, it was an excellent stay. However, the AC unit in our room was VERY NOISY! If you can fix it, that woiuld be great.

Clean updated elegance professional Thank you for coffee… was disappointed about no flavored creamer like most hotels…especially higher end. Should have offered at least a small to go breakfast treats, ex: pastry, egg bites fruit??… Then I. Addition pay to stay and eat.

No bathroom fan, and the amenities are outdated. The shower takes a long time to get warm. So far, this stay falls below the Hilton standards I’m used to.
