TownePlace Suites Harrisburg Hershey

Service was supposed to come clean the room but never showed up. I was here since Thursday in the same room . The only nice person was the one that sign us in on Thursday.

Location Staying there for years when I’m in town just needs a little refresh

We enjoyed the suite. It came with serving for 4, pans, cups, a fridge, 2 burner hot top and a dishwasher for easy and convenience. The staff was amazing. We didn't use the laundry or fitness center & the swimming pool and hot tub were average. Not much to do in the area but easy drive to Hershey, and Bass Pro Shop and other fun family stops.

It was a very nice place and clean.tlRhe staff was also great! The pool was not open and also there was a gas leak where we had to evacuate the building and leave our things behind!

Room was dirty. Toilet was not cleaned. Bathtub had hair in it.

The pool an hot tub. Plus location Older not updated. My kids slept on the pull out couch that springs were sticking out of with giant disgusting stains. They took 105 dollar out of my account on day one. I asked why am the front desk lady had no idea an said she would call when she found out. By then another man was also at the counter an explained they do this with anyone in case of incident. While leaving the new man at that counter stormed out from behind the desk saying he f*cling hates people.

Breakfast was okay. Rooms could use updates. Staff were nice.

Staff were wonderful and friendly - always greeted us with a smile and wished us a good day! Location was perfect for the places we needed to go to. Despite the things that we didn't like, we did feel safe and welcomed. Older place. Comforter "fabric" felt like plastic. Very uncomfortable. TV stations stopped working. Room was small, but adequate.

Near freeway Several requests prior to Housekeeping coming to my room, plumbing issues, light fixture was not working ( not repaired)

I liked this hotel and is the third time I’ve stayed there. The staff (Tony and Fred) were wonderful. If in the area I will stay there again.

Our muffins had mold on them.

The server at breakfast was very accommodating and very nice. Her name started with an A. All workers we pasted by would acknowledge us, smile and say hello

Customer service was also great I needed another pot to cook with and every time I called I was provided with great service I really like the customer service talking and speaking with the workers was very good

Hot tub was wonderful and pool was great temperature. Breakfast could have been a little hotter, but was good variety.

Dated. Hot tub wasn’t working. Pool area needs a lot of maintenance done. Hot water didn’t work the second night of our stay. This hotel could definitely use some maintenance and updates. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We came to town for the outdoor show. We loved the location and that it was so close to Sheetz (we don’t have that in Maryland). The bed was really comfortable too and we had a kitchen in our room that was so nice! The staff was also very helpful and kind! I think the property definitely could have been cleaner. There were things from previous guests under our beds and in between cracks in the furniture. The pool area was also not very clean either.
