Floor was dirty and sticky

Very old and dirty. While in shower, the water does not drain fast, so you’re standing in water past your ankles trying to rush so that you can get out the shower quickly.

The location was perfect for me. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was an added bonus. However, I finished my job early so checked out a day early. I was not very happy that the pool and hot tub were closed. And it has been closed for a while. And that was one of the main amenities I was looks forward to using. Very disappointed.

Housekeeping went inside the room when at work and went through our belongings. Some items missing including loose change and was not returned.

Dirty room looks like nothing was wiped down. Way overpriced

So it stated that there would be free breakfast, they were supposed to be a pool. There were supposed to be a lot of good amenities that should have been easy to use but there was none. The only free thing was coffee. My room's microwave didn't work. My room's dishwasher didn't work. They did have a nice clean laundry facility though but if you're looking for decent service I'd suggest the holiday inn express instead

There were a couple of problems at at this property site, 1. Not enough wash cloths,towels ,and toilet paper in our room, plus I asked for a king size bed and got two queen size bed. 2. I had to complain to the front desk about the guest on the top floor above us making too much noise after hours while we were trying to sleep.

My reservation was confirmed. Hotel was sold out no rooms available. We drove out of our way to this hotel. Only to be turned away by the front desk. I don't know who was at fault. I had a confirmed reservation, the hotel claims that booking.com was at fault, hotel was booked full for a long while, booking.com should have never made the reservation

We had a full sized refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, and the rooms are a lot roomier than most basic hotel rooms.

Location Pool was out of order but not listed on the website

Convenient location and pricing was fair. This hotel has some maintenance issues to work on. The hinges on our bathroom doors were not attached to the door (the holes were stripped). Pop-up drain plug was missing . . . replaced with a old-fashioned rubber drain plug style stopper.

Nice. Clean. Loved my stay

This was my second stay here. My first stay last year was great. This year, although the bed and bathroom were clean, the rest of the room was not. The kitchen floor was sticky, the grounds in the coffee machine were not dumped and had mold. There were crumbs that weren’t wiped on the kitchen/eating surfaces and the refrigerator also had not been wiped out. There was a large flying bug in my room at one point as well.

The bed was at least very comfortable. The hotel is so dirty!!! I was assigned one room and there was dust all over the carpet and in the concerns. I then found a huge dead roach under the bed. I asked to be moved to a different room, which was a little better, but there was hair in the sink and some weird brown thing. The hotel is not clean at all, and is horrific.

Hotel was filthy & microwave did not work in 2 rooms. I ended up checking out & going to another hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the building was a little tired. It was a good stay.
