There is no laundry room or microwave at all it was nice but if you plan a long stay and want to wash your clothes or use a microwave it’s a no. Plus they charge for parking and over breakfast is $22 a person

They gave my room to someone else and had to wait for about 45 minutes to finally get the whole thing straightened out. Not a big deal. But not fun to deal with at 1AM

It was very close to the Hackensack Hospital. It was a great deal as well. The accommodations are great as well!!!

Location and the staff Overall, my stay was pleasant, but there are three areas that need improvement. First, the towels were very old and heavily worn and should be replaced with new ones. Second, the breakfast buffet was disappointing, with limited quality and variety. Finally, the bathroom ventilation was inadequate. After taking a shower, the bathroom would quickly fill with steam, causing the mirrors to fog up and making the room feel stuffy. Improving these three aspects would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

U don't have a pool, the prices in the grab and go r to high, maintenance in bathrooms needs to better and toilet r to low..... the air conditioning made a noise all night...both rms...

Easy check in/out and friendly staff. Liked the location for convenience on/off the highway for trips into NYC and the surrounding area. Rooms were clean and sufficient for our simple needs. We liked having the restaurant on site.
