Over the place. Ice machine didn’t work. The whole hotel is slanted!
-
Horrible. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
-
Everything was very solid but was expecting more based off the photos. The room was clean but outdated. The photos make it seem nicer than it is, but overall was a good stay for a night.

Reception staff was very friendly, however we felt the woman cleaning the breakfast area was rude (practically nudging us out of the way to spray the counter inches from our food/drinks when noticing a drop of something spilled, I appreciate the need for cleanliness but she could’ve waited until we left and not run the risk of getting cleaning chemicals in our food) also, staring and grumbling impatiently when my family of 5 were making our selections. The property was sufficiently clean, but could definitely use some upgrades. Our TV remote didn’t work and was duct taped together, but we dont watch much television anyways. Other than that, no complaints. You get what you pay for.

Overall, I had a satisfactory stay. The staff was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. Additionally, I greatly appreciated the newly updated air conditioning unit in my room, as well as the clean, well-functioning refrigerator and microwave. However, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement: - Cleanliness and Amenities: While the bed linens and overall room cleanliness were acceptable, the floor felt sticky upon arrival. Upgrading the quality of the bath towels and offering enhanced toiletries would also improve the guest experience. - Wi-Fi Connectivity: The internet signal was very weak in my room, likely due to its location at the rear of the property. Improving Wi-Fi coverage in these areas would be beneficial for future guests. Given the convenient location, parking and reasonable rate, I found the overall value to be good, especially with the ongoing renovations. Thank you again for your hospitality, and I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to make improvements. Best regards,

Front desk clerk is misrable

I have noticed mosquitoes inside the room. At first me and my brother, ignored it but the following morning, we suffered some bites - me around my arms, and my brother at his nape like a lump.

The room service was great. They came to our room everyday and cleaned it, made our room tidy. But they did it when we were not at home. I am not sure if I should be worried about it. The negative things that I want to mention is their breakfast. It was the same menu every single day of my 4 days stay. They should have some diversified items. Also, they have renovation ongoing in their ground floor. At least they could provide some mask so that guests can use the corridor safely. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay. Close to NY City and the parking facilities is great.

The location was very convenient for visiting New York, especially for the price. The bus stop is right next to the hotel, and we were able to take the bus to Manhattan easily, which was a big plus. The breakfast was okay and had everything we needed. However, I didn’t like the behavior of the lady in charge of breakfast. She was constantly watching how much food and drinks guests were taking and came across as rude, which made the breakfast experience less pleasant. What I liked most about the hotel was the reasonable price, convenient location, and comfortable rooms. Overall, it was a good option for visiting New York on a budget.

We loved our stay there. Convinient and near the bus stop going to new york. Nice place and location. Very simple and too fancy or too beautiful but we had a good rest overall.

It was decent enough to just lay your head but I absolutely wouldn’t recommend
