The staff were nice Fire alarm went off at 2am for 20 mins Toilet leaked Beds & room was so small Tv didn’t work

It’s safe and still easy access to NY City. Basic breakfast and spacious. Enough parking space if you have a car.

STAFF IS ALLLLLLWAYS EXTREMELY PLEASANT!!! Love the ambiance of the hotel.

The room is small and kind of basement. The breakfast is simple and the eating area is too small.

Nothing horrible place to stay visiting the city Everything horrible. Rude workers. There picture online are not like the site. Place very dirty stinks when u walk in. No air in the building. Bed had bed bugs. I requested my refund for my room they refused. Bathroom dirty. Horrible service. Who works in a hotel barely understand English.

Two different rooms. Unable to sleep in either bed due to vermin. Very disappointing.

I won't be going back t ohis one.

It was comfortable and walking distance to a gas station and Mexican restaurant that was awesome! The coffee was the worst I’ve ever had in my life. It was watery with only powder cream packs available. The breakfast provided wasn’t great variety but to have horrible coffee was very disappointing ?

I loved that even though we were in new Jesery the travel from New York was easy and quick I didn’t like they went in our room after hours when we went there . We left around 4 pm .

Disappointing

I liked the fact that it had both heating and air conditioning. Beds were comfortable. Upon arrival, we were issued the wrong room key. Walked into a room which was occupied- embarrassing. The bathtub could have been cleaner but overall the room was decent. Also be prepared for a quick turn off from the highway.

Room is squalid and supply no shampoo no facial tissues... The breakfast was lousy
