Property was decent, it could give us more standard and cleanliness, Little distrubance from other rooms and bathroom taps.

Room was clean and neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Room was very clean. Room was really dated. No coffee maker, quite a downgrade from a Hilton or Hampton. Wifi didn't work, ice maker didn't work. Breakfast area was horrible TV was small and dated.

Dirty room, bad customer service, front desk was rude, dirty shower will never book here.
-
The location is somewhat convenient, no bugs It felt like a motel. Not clean, stains on sheets, etc. Definitely not worth the money.
-
Location is good if you have a vehicle, not ideal of you don’t Rooms are a bit dated could do with some bright colours to lift the decor, room was very dark
-
Just needed a place to sleep for a night. Room was spartan, but clean, tv didn't work, breakfast options were less than expected, toast and yogurt. Not likely to stay here again
-
Breakfast is not a continental or international meal;(no eggs nor sausages and juice of any kind). Only bread, yogurt, few apples , coffee, tea and oatmeal.

The room smelled strongly of mold from the moment I checked in. On top of that, the microwave in the room did not work. When I reported the issue, I was initially dismissed and had to argue with staff to convince them there was actually a problem. Only after a staff member compared it with a microwave in another room did they finally acknowledge that mine was defective and replace it. The Wi-Fi situation was even worse. Throughout my entire stay, internet speeds were around 1 Mbps, making even basic browsing frustrating. When I complained, I was told that this was “standard in NYC.” That explanation is absurd. In 2026, a hotel charging these rates should be able to provide functional internet service. Blaming the city for unusable Wi-Fi is simply unacceptable. What concerned me most was the lack of security. The hallway door leading toward the parking area was completely missing and left open during my stay. Anyone could have walked into the building without restriction. This is a serious safety issue and something no guest should have to worry about. For $150 per night, I expected a clean, functional, and secure hotel. Instead, I got a moldy room, broken appliances, unusable Wi-Fi, and significant security concerns. Looking back, I would have gladly spent an extra $50 and stayed in the Financial District. I wanna sue this God damn place.
