No cold water, just hot i have to change 3 different room

Nothing The location, the room was tiny, the towel rack was broken, the phone in the room didn’t work, the smoke detector sounded when I turned the shower on and their solution was to either take the battery out or open the window while I was in the shower which was unsafe especially with me being on the first floor, the bedding smelled with a foul odor and there was dust and particles all over the place.

Even tho was on a crowded city area it was peaceful. At some point people arguing over personal issues, as you open the door of your room to step out you can hear the noise also in your room. Also the price was very high for one night.

The beds were extreamly uncomfortable, we booked two rooms and only one fridge worked. The floors and walls were dirty. Pillows were extreamly flat.

Nice set up in the room, we had great service when we entered even had an easy room change, the woman was sweet. When it came to entering my room, it was absolutely not the best when it comes to cleanliness….hairs all over the sheets, eaten food/wrappers on the floor or swept under the bed. The toilet paper was half used before we came in and the toilet seat was wet like it wasn’t cleaned originally. Slightly weird smell, AC never stayed on, we were sweating all night and I think it would be nicer to have more lights or brighter lights outside, too dark especially when you’re trying to get everything inside after a long drive.
