The front desk was very understanding and accommodating, when I had to change rooms due to cleanliness. I like the fact that the gym is open for 24 hours. There is also an indoor pool. I wish everyday they offered non pork protein options daily for breakfast and not just some days having turkey sausages. Also the indoor parking garage gets full on the weekends and you have to park at a different outdoor parking lot. The hotel is a little on the pricey side.

The breakfast was tasty and had a decent variety of food. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The valet employee was superb. He had a sense of humor and I never waited more than 5 minutes for my car. There isn't a nice restaurant on the premises. However, the suggestion given by the front desk employees was great.

Cleaning daily. Breakfast included. Microwave and coffee on the main floor. Location very easy access. NJ transit 167 take u straight to Time Square in 30mins. You can reach parking lot through elevator without going outside the building. Overall very good！

Room was very clean and spacious. I originally had a room with the city view but it was changed at check in due to not being ready yet but the room was still nice. Barely heard any noise throughout the night. Enjoyed my stay and would definitely be back again.

They made our bed even though it was late in the day. So that was nice.

Valet parking , front desk and the breakfast employees were very nice and helpful. Refrigerator wasn’t working properly and the ice machine on the 6th floor wasn’t working so I had to go to different floors for ice.
