Great hotel! Stayed twice in the past few months! Great location, close to a lot of different activities in NY and NJ. Very clean rooms and nice staff! Very easy check in/out process. Free breakfast and free self parking and VALET!

We had a nice city view. Bar wasn’t open until ten I requested a soda that they advertised at the front desk and you would have thought I was asking for a golden ring or something. The staff looked at me in complete disgust. I asked for one for myself and my husband and was told I could have only one per room and I’d have to buy the second one. I again questioned there are two of us, after she rolled her eyes at me I could see I was obviously going to have to pay for a second drink. So staff was slightly rude. It was pricey for what it was No pool/hot tub Breakfast was nothing like some of the other reviews I read. Some cereal yogurt waffles you know the regular stuff Close to manhattan about 30 minute drive Overall if I can get a deal on this app then I’d stay again but I’m not going out of my way to seek this hotel out.

Staff was wonderful and helpful with everything!

They were not just talking amongst themselves. They were helping people and were very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Abandon.

AC was loud, parking garage was a bit of a nuisance and confusing, staff wasn't overly friendly. Breakfast was good for being a free breakfast.

Hotel was clean, bed needed a new mattress, location was good, parking very convenient and secure, tub was slippery, nearly fell - needs floor mat, foyer floor was recently washed and still wet but no marker, nearly slipped. Breakfast was well attended to, had non- dairy milk we appreciated very much. Needed something vegetarian each morning in the hot food dishes, - hot foods without meat in everything. Would appreciate whole grain bread for toast rather than white breads only. Lighting in room was very poor, could not read a book or see things easily. Overall hotel felt slightly dated, but price was very expensive.
