The room was dirty especially the bathroom with black mold and pink growth. The carpet was old and stained with tears. The floor lamp didn't work.

The bed was well-made, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The carpet in the rooms needs replacing - it looks like it's had better days. The picture posted of the pool is filtered - in person, it's not as big or beautiful, but it's a pool nonetheless. Overall, our stay was okay, nothing fancy.

The Guys working the front desk are soooo Rude and very unprofessional my entire stay my Amenities was not working , my prior experience was amazing that’s what made me return as a guest, but I’m not sure about returning to this location. I don’t appreciate the rude, arrogant, uncalled, unprofessional service that me and my family received at this current day very disappointed in the service although there was one lady two ladies actually that were very polite thank you to those ladies and got to one point where one of the ladies had to apologize for the behavior of her fellow staff

The air conditioning was not keeping up with demand. The lobby, elevators, and hallways were uncomfortably warm. The room thermostat could not keep up with a 72 degree setting. The room was consistently 75-76 degrees. Not terrible, but not comfortable either.

I didn’t like the conditions of the facility, it looked old and with enough wear and tear to merit a remodeling. The reservation included breakfast at the time of booking with Expedia, but the hotel didn’t honor it.

Breakfast buffet wasn’t that great. Powdered eggs and were cold second day the waffles were soggy as they were premade and barely warm butter hard as a rock and plates were ice cold so don’t plan on eating hot food.
