There was a lone desk clerk for check in on a Friday. She was very patient and personable but it took a very long time to check in. Proximity to PAC was only redeeming aspect. The room was outdated with visible damage to walls, ceiling, bathroom. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. While it states non smoking, the halls and rooms smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. Would recommend for location alone.

Property - Property is undergoing a remodel so improvements may be coming. However, rooms were only ok and a little worn. Tile grout was badly mold stained but room was otherwise clean. Bathroom was very large if dark. Pillow top mattress and full sized pillows a plus. Elevator is very slow and the ice machine on our floor did not work. Food - convenient to a number is restaurants. Did not eat on site. Breakfast is not included. A bottle of coke is, however, $4. Would return if only for the location and price.

The building is in terrible condition the bedrooms smell like mold with really dirty carpet. The public transport to get to the city is a 10 minute walk with a bunch of hills and on the way back you have to cross the expressway with no side walk. It was poor for the price

Upon arrival, there was some construction happening near the entrance. Front desk had room right away when I checked in. I reminded them I needed a crib, which housekeeping brought up. It was dirty so I cleaned it. I always bring disinfectant wipes with me no matter what and also cleaned the shower a bit. There was some hairs on the bottom of shower and I saw some black mold in overflow section of sink. Main pros: Room was ready right away, there is an indoor pool open until 10pm but not heated. There is a bistro in front lounge. However, continental breakfast is not included unless you purchased while booking. Not sure how much it would be if paid on site. I purchased when booking and it was good. The hostess are really nice at front as well. There are 2 seating areas-one on the top and then down some stairs, so we stayed on the upper since we had the baby in a stroller. Overall, I would book again.

We went there for BTS concert. It was a great stay, close to Leonia and has plenty of great restaurants nearby.

Both men I had to deal at check in and out had no skills for Customer Service! No helpful, not polite, not nice, extremely rudes! Others staff I talk to were great! Overall it's a good place to spend the night but they should train everyone at the front desk.

We could hear the family next door to us during the Night.

Room was clean but signs of water issues in bathroom ceiling. Staff friendly! Elevators weren’t working correctly when leaving. Would stay again.

I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. I also went to the front desk in person, and there was no one there to help. It was very frustrating, especially since I couldn’t get assistance with such an urgent issue.

Staff was pleasant and free parking was convenient breakfast is only included if you choose the option in your booking

The the bathroom and bedroom wall was moldy

The carpet is very old and dirty.

Fair property, great location. However, severe maintenance issues, particularly with AC which was a new unit improperly installed. Water and condensation leaked considerably on a portion of carpet in the room.

Throughout the day there were construction cranes basically right outside our window Sunday morning we were awakened again by the beep beep and the workers on a crane outside of our window The rooms heat was on when we arrived and never got below 74 Rooms were nice Didn’t use any of the amenities

the people - mike and crew -- were very friendly, very helpful native new yorkers. appreciate that he was able to provide me with an atm to help tip maid service

The air conditioning unit was extremely loud so much so that it made it difficult to fall asleep. At one point, I had to turn it off completely because the noise was unbearable. There was also construction taking place during our stay. Work started around 6:00 a.m. every morning, including on the weekend, and we were never informed in advance that this would be happening. Being woken up so early by the noise really impacted our stay. On the positive side, the lobby is nice, the restaurant is nice, and the swimming pool is a good size. Unfortunately, between the excessively noisy A/C, the early morning construction (even if temporary), and the really outdated bathrooms, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
