Best Western Fort Lee

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff is friendly. Very clean.

Room was clean and breakfast had nice hot options.

The property is clean and a good value for a night's rest compared to other options in the area. I would recommend it to others who are passing through and need a place to stay for the night, and I would stay here again. Accessibility is a bit sketchy... have to both enter and exit directly off a main highway route. Re-entering the highway is not for the feint of heart.

It was so simple so everything was not enough. Also didn’t turn on A/C, and freeze. And no waters. Dining room was so small. Food was no good. Staff are not professional. No kindly.

Easy on and off from the highway, coffee was always available and the breakfast was hot and tasted good. Just bring earplugs because the hallways are loud.

The parking for trucks are too small. Nice breakfast friendly staff. I would stay again.give stars. Yvett D

The next day the charged me for it! When I questioned it I was told management charged me. When I asked to speak to them I was told they weren't there. I asked who charged me then. I was then told the house keepers.

The stretch leading from the road into the hotel is very short, and since other vehicles speed by at full throttle, significant caution is required; to prevent accidents, it would be safer to either petition the county or install highly visible warning signs—such as "Hotel Entrance: Slow Down"—at least 100 to 150 yards before the entrance.

We broke down on side of the road book hotel with my wifes card and they wouldnt give me the room Nothing

Breakfast menu was so so. Front receptionist was unfriendly, rude and arrogant. Parking was fine.

The building’s sound insulation was extremely poor. We stayed on the first floor, and whenever people walked on the second floor, it sounded as if they were walking inside our room. We were unable to sleep that night because of the noise. Additionally, whenever they used the bathroom, it sounded like water was pouring directly into our room.
