Best Western Fort Lee

Lobby smelled weird/mildewy and not enough room for people to sit and eat at breakfast. Walked in and walked right back out.

Great location if you want easy access to NYC without the city prices. Just be careful: it’s tough getting in and out of the parking lot with all the cars whizzing by.

We booked last minute after an unexpected chance to catch a Yankees game came up, and this hotel turned out to be the absolute best option outside of the Bronx. The property was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it super easy to relax. The price was great, and the staff was amazingly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for a hassle-free trip!

It offers an easy drive to CCNY, Columbia and the Apollo. It's clean and has friendly front desk staff and a small workout room that is a treat. The lobby offers a free, basic breakfast with coffee, yogurt, bagels, toast, eggs, fruit, etc., but there is a Starbucks and a nice bakery, along with grocery stores, about three minutes away, if you drive. Fort Lee is a nice town with friendly people and a good selection of restaurants on DoorDash. There is free parking. Turning into the hotel parking lot can feel a little tricky at first. Make first you're in the right lane to make a sharp-ish turn.

Parking and breakfast is good it is good location close to NYC

The hotel said my card declined and all rooms were sold out for the night. I had to sleep in side my vehicle while on my trip because there were no more hotels available in the area. Not only did I receive my confirmation code for my booking, but the staff was very rude and told me directly "this is what happens when you booked with third parties". Mind you I been a Expedia customer for 8 years and I have never experienced such horrible customer service.

The rooms were pretty clean minus the ants lol I noticed ants in my shower it was infested but I got my room changed and there was no issues.

The room need updated - big time. . Super small and cramped. Gaps at top and bottom of door. Staff was not helpful. Most elevators not functioning. Breakfast is small and not well stocked for variety or offerings. Staff was not friendly at any point of stay.

Good value for the price. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly hotel.

The staff was kind, respectful, and welcoming. The breakfast was good with clean tables and chairs ?. The room (116 F) was smaller than expected. The refrigerator did not get cold until early morning. The beds were not that comfortable and the lighting was bad. I most likely won't stay here again.
