No cleaning after 4 pm one of the biggest issues and the front desk lost our package and they had no issues with that

I would stay here again if on a budget. Near a busy highway but good for getting right on road to manhattan. Rooms were quiet I would stay here again. No pool and the run a shuttle bus to nyc for $10 but not sure of times

Was a quick over night very friendly and comfortable bed .

I am an asthma sufferer. The hotel promptly placed my party in a different room as an adjoining rooms cigar smoke, and whatever other substance was being used was spewing through vent, they kindly and promptly placed in another room.

I didn’t stay Expedia didn’t cancel and refund meanwhile the staff said I wouldn’t be charged until day of but seems like Expedia wanted to keep the refund bc it was third party. Meanwhile I cancelled before 24 hours.

We stayed for 3 nights the hotel is huge. Sheets, rags, and towels need updated but everything else was pretty good. Those cookies are phenomenal!!! Lots of traffic once you pull out the parking lot

Parking was great. Room was mostly clean. No place close (walking distance) by to eat.

Only thing we didn’t like was the shower. Water pressure was so high it actually hurt. Other than that everything was great.
