DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Lee - George Washington Bridge

Need a better gym and equipment.

The staff was very pleasant and the rooms are very nice and updated. There is a restaurant on site but no breakfast is included .

The gentleman at the counter was amazing. He printed our bag tags and let us stand there and assemble them. That I had to pay $60 to check in early but I get it. They offered to keep our bags for us but we were worried about our laptops so I paid the $60

So noisy. Next to highway

The place was very nice and staff was great. The only problem was that the room ac would only work for about 90 minutes. I called the maintenance people, they came up and since I turned the unit off and back on it was working so they left. 90 minutes later it was off and room was 78 degrees. This happened all night long. It goes off, room heats up to 78, wakes me up being hot. Turn it off and back on and get 90minutes more sleep.

Plenty of parking, friendly staff property a bit rundown for a double tree convenient location if going to New York not convenient if visiting around fort Lee

Dirty rooms

Good experience. Only thing to mention is the bed are double and not queen.

Room was great and so was the service . Please give Kayla and Leslie a raise those girls were great. They took care of me and my 2 issues and are very professional .
