Windows same floor as parking lot. So close to many restaurants in fort Lee but can’t walk to hotel.

Clean and easy accessible The front desk clerk that checked me in was very rude, unfriendly and unprofessional.

Room smelled really bad ! Floors were wet and also the comforter was wet.

Customer service was amazing and took very good care of us. We had one room that smelled like wet dog, but after speaking with customer service, they provided us with another room.
