The property is beautiful and well maintained, including a very nice lobby with lots of sitting areas and a large dining table we used to eat our Uber Eats dinner. We had lunch at the onsite restaurant that was yummy and reasonably priced. All the staff was great, but Angelee was the real gem. She checked us in, served us our lunch, made delicious coffees from their coffee bar, and answered our various questions. She does all the things, and they are lucky to have her. Overall, our experience was wonderful, especially at the reasonable price.

The staff was very cordial and helpful! This is what makes this Hyatt the best. The room seemed a little dated. The bathmat was stained and the rug had big stains on it.

My family and I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The staff was great and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was hot, good and convenient. I will book again.

Eggs were cold

The check-in and checkout procedures were excellent. Later, at checkout, the attendant asked about parking and learned that I am handicapped. She quickly adjusted my final bill too refund the parking bill. Outstanding!

Conviently located right by the George Washington Bridge, very easy to get to Manhattan, and a large parking lot. Clean and comfortable rooms with sleeper sofa would be great for family stays. There is a parking fee, but considering the price and location it is still very convient to the city.

The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, the gym was adequate and the free breakfast had tons of options. My only call out is to make sure you ask for the parking pass when you check in if you have a car. They asked us if we had a car at the front desk - but didn’t give us the pass. When we went down the next morning there was a warning that tbe car would be towed. But aside from that - everything was great.

Good hotel. Comfortable beds and clean room. Breakfast was decent ad service was ok. Public transport was not an easy option if you wanted to take bus/subway to NYC. There was noise from the roads all night even on the 6th floor and the EV chargers never worked. Would stay here only if we can get rooms on the other side of the hotel without road noise.
