Executive Inn - Fort Lee

The staff was nice. The bus across the GW bridge is very convenient. The laundry machines were a pain to work and the vending machines didnt work. Suburbs in the area were nice.

Just was not very clean and had a moldy smell . Just very run down and would not recommend.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience. I tried to cancel the booking, but I was unable to because I had already checked in. I ended up calling the front desk and requesting an air freshener spray for the room, which helped a little. I chose this hotel because of all the positive reviews, but after my experience, it honestly feels like those reviews may not be accurate. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

I would not stay here again. I guess the room was clean but very worn. The elevator was out. Parking was good. Front desk staff could have been friendlier. The entrance wasn’t clean upon arrival. Put it this way…it was okay for the price & no charge for parking being so close to New York. The room was large so that was good but it wasn’t as clean/well kept as it could be & if the staff would care about their jobs! This could be a gem of a hotel if it was run better & things could be kept up.

The staff was great and very accommodating!!! I had issues with my room keys and they were always very nice and helped me every time!!! The room was good very clean!!! Didn't have a microwave in the room only in the lobby. No way of adjusting the brightness on the TV so it was too bright at night. Only minor inconveniences honestly.

Elevators were broken down and not responding to the floor button request. Mold on the roof in the bathroom. Sheets not being changed on the bed. Doors in the bathroom were falling off the hinges. Floors smell like smoke and as if someone was smoking in the room

The building has seen better days. It looks like it is coming apart and in need of some repair or renovation. One of the elevators was out, the lights in the hallways were dim, the carpets are frayed, and the floors in the lobby are sticky. There were small ants in the room and hair left in the bathroom. The doors are chipped and the room's air conditioners are louder than what one would find in other hotels, possibly due to age. Lastly, the key card operated doors are malfunctioning. More than a few guests, including me, had to have help opening the doors because the unlocking mechanism was not triggering despite the key card being read correctly.

Won't recommend this hotel at all!
