Free and secure parking was a huge plus. They are in a walking distance from a restaurant which was very convenient for us. All and all, I would come back and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely love it! Clean and comfy and spacious room and very polite employees! I’d recommend they replace the sofa and two accent chairs. They had visible signs of use and tear. Felt like they didn’t belong in there. Other then that absolutely awesome and will definitely stay again and recommend

The staff was wonderful, the hotel was very clean and everything was great.

Excellent service and genuinely kind staff! My kids especially loved how warmly they were treated at breakfast. The staff made them feel comfortable and relaxed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate this level of hospitality—it’s something I rarely experience at other hotels, even with complimentary breakfast. Highly recommended!

Exceptional

The location to our concert venue. I booked my room several months in advance put specific ADA needs and THEY confirmed they would be able to accommodate. However once we got there I checked in not a word from anyone no calls, texts, or emails at anytime prior to my stay about any changes stating my reservation was changed. I found out when I literally walked in my room and it was a king bed with a pull out with no ADA accommodations that I requested and THEY APPROVED. I reserved two queen beds with ADA specific bathroom requirements and they gave me none of that and only offered me half off of one night that they would refund back through bookings.com. Don’t stay here they are the worst they do not care about the customer or their needs and did NOT even try to help. They actually told me I needed to contact bookings.com. They are a joke!! Never again wi I stay there!!!

I would’ve gave you guys a 5 star but breakfast was horrible. Beds were okay. These are the 2 most important thing to me besides customer service. Hope you change the breakfast to a better more freshly made. Was very disappointed
