Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe

Stayed here while attending a concert at MetLife. It was super clean and the staff were so nice. They even have a microwave in the lobby in case you’d like to reheat food. I would definitely recommend and return

The room is comfortable the location is great all staff was pleasant except for our initial encounter with a person who I forgot his name said he was the manager his name did start with a w I didn't like the person that I dealt with at the front desk check-in I don't remember his name maybe it was Winston something with a w we got there I gave him my name he pulled up the reservation asked me for a credit card something told me to ask him for what he then said to pay for the room I explained to him that I paid in full on booking.com showed him the reservation showing that it was paid he told me that that was a reservation not proof that I paid and that they're showing that they didn't get money on their end. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to step out of line and call booking.com and figure it out I then asked for the manager which he then told me with a smirk on his face that he was the manager so at that point my husband said well as the manager can you call booking.com and get this figured out he reluctantly did so but the fact that I was told to step out of line and call booking.com myself Not only was an inconvenience but I was completely embarrassed as the whole Lobby was full of people. About 5 minutes later he came out and said that everything was all set that booking.com had received the money at no point did he offer any type of comp or anything to cover for the embarrassment and the inconvenience that was made. The next morning when I woke up I had paid for breakfast to be included I go to get my breakfast and again we don't show that it's paid for so we had to again talk to the front desk but the funny thing is is that the woman was well aware that they have issues with third party billing and this isn't the first time that it's happened so the fact that it hasn't been rectified in change bothers me it was an embarrassment again I paid $1,000 for this room I would have expected better service and better comp and this is the third time I've stayed there I don't know that I would stay there again.

The club room is located in the lobby and not on the club room floor which is in convenient. The club room did not have breakfast, lunch or evening light bites or happy hour so it is not worth the extra price.

For anyone visiting the NYC area, Teaneck, or Fort Lee, I highly recommend staying at the Marriott. It gives you the perfect place to find some peace of mind and tuck away from the noise and fast pace of the city.

Please extend the Club Lounge Hot food to 8pm.

Easy check in ,staff are incredible

I didn’t eat any breakfast so I can’t comment on the food. The parking lot is huge and yes I felt safe while my car was parked there.

We had a wonderful stay at this Marriott hotel while attending a family wedding. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Our room was spacious, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Thank you so much!!!
