I left a mini pouch in the bathtub, and when I went to look for it, I couldn't find it. I hope you find an electric shaver and a lot of creams I use.

The pool was closed down which no mention was made of on the website, the soap bar in my room was already open and looked used. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. Also, the ice machine on my floor was broken and there was no free breakfast which anyone would expect from a hotel that charges $150+ a night.

Went there for an event, but loved the staff so helpful and kind. Definitely stay here for any future trips in a convenient area as well.

The room was disgusting. The carpet smell was so bad the whole room smelled like sewer. The carpet was sticky, and left a residue on feet/shoes. The coffee maker was broken. It was supposed to be an accessible room, but had a tub, normal sink, and toilet. No grab bars or anything. Definitely not an accessible room at all. The staff was very kind and friendly, but the property itself is an absolute run down mess. Definitely not worth what we paid!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms were very clean. Pillows were lumpy and had no structure to them. Food and toiletries in the lobby shop were ridiculously overpriced. Had to pay for breakfast too. Thermostat in room was hard to use and was not consistent.

The WiFi didn’t work at all for me. Breakfast not good at all. The lobby to small for my taste and the hotel looks very outdated. Overall I was very disappointed with my stay.
