Hampton Inn Ridgefield Park

Location and the night lady who was in the front. There was hair in on the bed, And room smelled so moldy After a long drive I was not expecting to change the sheets but that’s what I had to unfortunately. The front desk lady was apologetic though. To come to a hotel expecting nothing but the best just for a night and that’s not what happened is terrible we felt gross we had to leave earlier then we wanted . The sheets and pillows needs to be brand new because what we saw was unacceptable . Housekeeping needs to be held accountable.

I loved the fact that room was on the first floor and close to the pool. Pool time was great. The staff was very friendly. Coffee/tea available at all times...just need to reheat late night. Free breakfast is always a plus. The entrance to the hotel. Trying to merge into the traffic in order to enter the parking lot. As soon as you merge its an immediate right onto the property.

This is my 5th stay at this Hampton Inn and I couldn't be more pleased. Staff was very helpful, Room was very clean and breakfast was great as usual. It can be difficult to find parking in this location.

Everything was great! Smelled & looked clean, beds were comfy, room was equipped with everything nice, free breakfast, friendly staff, updated. I really liked this place.

the room was clean and convenient location to Metlife Arena. Breakfast was good and coffee was actually the best I have had at any hotels! The location of the driveway, HOLY CRAP can you say dangerous......right on the off ramp.... crazy

The hotel itself isn't bad, but anytime you needed help at the front desk you had to wait till a worker actually saw you on camera or something because they seemed to just stay in a back room instead of behind the desk. The wifi is only free if you are part of the rewards program or something. The hotel entrance is a HUGE safety concern. The property sits directly on a very busy exit ramp, and you have to cross 2 or 3 lanes of very busy fast moving traffic to enter the parking lot. I actually left during the last night just to try and avoid the congestion of morning traffic

Checking in was easy and the woman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The hotel room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was tasty and love the all night tea and coffee and water. Place is highly recommended as they did a fantastic job

The shower had no hot water and there seemed to be a drain issue
