if you can stay anywhere else, I would definitely stay there. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom was nasty.

Our stay was very pleasant and we felt safe. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was clean. The breakfast was good. Although the hairdryer didn't work in the bathroom and the fire alarm in our room didn't have batteries in it.

My room smell like it was on fire, smell like smoke we had to change rooms! and thay ran out of berkfest.

The room was real dirty. The bedding was full of hair. The shower/tub was full of hair and a used bar of bath soap. There are nasty stains all over the walls. The lamp fixtures are dusty and stained. Nothing in the room was clean. Only stayed here because it was the only hotel in Hattiesburg that had rooms left (after a football game) and I see why.

Nothing but the location. Everything, the bathroom was not handicapped acceptable the sink had embedded dirt in it the floors with carpet had sink holes under it and my knee scooter kept getting stuck and almost tripping me over. I was going to change hotels but they had already taken my money from the card and it would have taken too long for a refund. Worst stay ever and I feel I'm owed a refund

Our king bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Poor lighting in the bathroom. The tread mill in the fitness room was out of order. Basic breakfast.
