Generally clean. Front desk people were very helpful. Breakfast was good. Light in shower didn’t work. Bathroom door needs maintenance. Parking is limited.

Ac had mold grown in it. The facets were all rusted. Very dated and in a skeptical part of town.

This place is a dump. The staff is rude and unhelpful. At 7:30 the breakfast line was out of everything. The staff refused to add more. Even refused coffee. The door key never worked. The staff argued with me and then walked to my room to see the key not work before trying to reset it. The hotel was hot and smelly. It’s not in a great part of town. Unfortunately it was the only thing we could find In Hattiesburg so we had to stay. Next time I’ll drive 100 miles not to stay there

The hotel needs to be updated drastically! The first room we got the ac was broken and everything in the room was wet from humidity. The second room we got the ac worked but it was humid in the room again.
