The room was cool when I entered. It was quiet and clean
-
The room smelt like mildew and wasn’t up to date on anything. Smoke alarm wouldn’t stop beeping was overall the worst Sleep Inn we have ever been in
-
Nothing Horrible staff no good customer service. The room was dirty, the bed sheet were STAINED.

Breakfast needed restocked by 8am, but it didn’t seem like anyone was available to do so. Still had coffee and waffles before we got underway. Though we had a very late check in after a very long day of travel, the hot shower felt great and the bed and bedding was very comfortable. Had a good night’s rest before returning back to the road.

Nice older property. Appeared to be in progress with updating. But overall it was a good experience.

Leaking in the room, a hole in the ceiling. Staff was not available

I’ve stayed at a sleep inn before and was very clean and met my expectations, however this one did not. The water in the shower was lukewarm and the tv had no signal, we were told they were resetting the tv, they didn’t so there was no working tv. I was told there were no other rooms available for us to switch to, it was after 10 pm, going to another hotel really wasn’t an option, we were soaking wet from rain and just wanted a hot shower and to go to bed, I was told there was nothing they could do other than offer us a room on the 3rd floor for shower use only. The water had rust in it in that shower, and reeked of mold and mildew with a trash can on the bed catching rain water from a leaking roof. I will never again stay here. So disappointing.

Price was ok Beds not very comfy and has weird smell

The room we were in was in terrible condition. Almost everything in it needs to be replaced. We were extremely disappointed, especially given that the score on Hotels.com showed it as an 8. We will not stay here again. Our shower scrunchies has drain fly larvae in them the next morning, husband woke up with a bite on his head. Not good!
-
The smoke alarm in 316 was missing which caused us not to get a good nights sleep. I am sure that is against fire code.
-
Decent for the price.

Requested a room with a pet. The response letter said -- no problem. Upon arrival they said no pets
-

I stayed at this property on May 28 through May 31 I can say I have stayed at better hotels. I definitely was not impressed with this one the room was worn down, not updated not only did, I have problems with my room key getting in my room twice, card had to be re run in there computer but the maid never returned back to our room to give us fresh towels. after we told the guy at the front desk that we were leaving for the day and the maid could come back to clean our room and give us fresh towels, but no, we had to actually ask for them. That’s a disappointment to me and not very good customer service. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel. Thank you

Great stay for the money. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Great air conditioning. Great water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. Towels are standard quality, good enough for an overnight stay.
-
Not clean at all, hard beds
-
No breakfast, staff was rude.
