Magnolia Inn Townhouse Hattiesburg MS I-59

Mostly gross. No trash cans in room. A/C didn’t cool the room. No ice machine. Lots of locals living in rooms. Service Animal issue: desk clerk said i had to show him proof of service & I explained that the id cards aren’t necessary, so he insisted I show him my letter from Doctor. I showed him and explained that he couldn’t technically ask for that info but I had already paid & was tired from long drive. Pix attached

The check in clerk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel management must work on cleanliness.

Need to do better with their hotel

I would recommend to never book this hotel. They are terrible: no internet, no complementary breakfast. Also, the places are not clean and tidy

didn't stay . booked room before getting to Hattiesburg because all the main hotels where booked . got to hotel it is rough looking and looked at a room it was nasty. it is a bad area .didn't stay ; told them to cancel my reservation and left .

This was the worst place i have ever walked into to the first room that i was given had no hot water and was gross looked like it was not cleaned ever i went and got another room and the hot water worked fine but the air didn't work at all and again the room was gross my rooms were between rooms and the smell of Weed was so bad just walking in the room made my head hurt DO NOT STAY HERE it is a waste of money and if you try to talk to the manager there are never there to talk about with would be better to spend a bit more and stay at a different one

The room i stayed it was terrible. When I walked in I was hit with a bad spell. The amenities were broken,hole in the walls were covered up by a tv or something, the whole room on the inside needed to be updated. The bath tub had stains of dirt in the tub and I saw a roach. The pictures had to be old or something. I was very displeased.

After getting turned away from a few hotels we ended up here. Very good AC, was decently clean and the front desk made sure we felt secure.

The desk staff was nice. However, the sheets were disgusting. I'm assuming they were stains but who knows. The bathtub, toilet and walls were all dirty. The tv didn't work and they didn't have the air on when we got there. It was 95 degree outside and my kids had to sit in the room and wait for it to cool off. Would not recommend. We booked online and did not know it would be that bad.

I hate to be that person but this has to be said !!!!! First room they gave me — I closed the door after walking in and the drywall was collapsed, opened the night stand drawer and there were drugs (weed and pills) , ketchup packets and just blah , opened the drawer under tv and more drugs (pills) some crushed on a room key and finally I pulled the blanket back on the bed and not really any surprise the sheets had brown stains on them. NO NO NO ! Told them and gave me a different room better but still issues. The light in bathroom did not work , missing outlet and cover with wire hanging open. I let those pass because it was already 11pm and the hotel decided to xerox a memo and post at the desk NO REFUNDS AND BREAKFAST ONLY ON WEEKENDS!!!! The staff member then asked me to show them the issues with room one !!!! STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY !!!!!!

People say you get what you pay for but I certainly didn’t get what is advertised (see pics for comparison). I didn’t expect the Ritz, but I at least expected Rodeway Inn.

Cleanliness was decent for the price just could be better there were stains on everything and the area was a lil sketchy

I was in the parking lot while I was a man knock on my door with a hoodie and back pack on. Only knocked on my door and waited for five minutes and then walked off the property. I then packed all my items and leave early.

No hot water 💦

Nothing Everything was horrible, place should be condemned.

De verdad la habitación muy mala. Sábanas olían a cigarros. La habitación muy mal olor. No lo recomiendo
