Magnolia Inn Townhouse Hattiesburg MS I-59

The room i stayed it was terrible. When I walked in I was hit with a bad spell. The amenities were broken,hole in the walls were covered up by a tv or something, the whole room on the inside needed to be updated. The bath tub had stains of dirt in the tub and I saw a roach. The pictures had to be old or something. I was very displeased.

The price is what keeps me coming back! The rooms could be cleaner. And there was a bullet hole in the door.

After getting turned away from a few hotels we ended up here. Very good AC, was decently clean and the front desk made sure we felt secure.

The desk staff was nice. However, the sheets were disgusting. I'm assuming they were stains but who knows. The bathtub, toilet and walls were all dirty. The tv didn't work and they didn't have the air on when we got there. It was 95 degree outside and my kids had to sit in the room and wait for it to cool off. Would not recommend. We booked online and did not know it would be that bad.

Nothing Nothing

I hate to be that person but this has to be said !!!!! First room they gave me — I closed the door after walking in and the drywall was collapsed, opened the night stand drawer and there were drugs (weed and pills) , ketchup packets and just blah , opened the drawer under tv and more drugs (pills) some crushed on a room key and finally I pulled the blanket back on the bed and not really any surprise the sheets had brown stains on them. NO NO NO ! Told them and gave me a different room better but still issues. The light in bathroom did not work , missing outlet and cover with wire hanging open. I let those pass because it was already 11pm and the hotel decided to xerox a memo and post at the desk NO REFUNDS AND BREAKFAST ONLY ON WEEKENDS!!!! The staff member then asked me to show them the issues with room one !!!! STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY !!!!!!

The price. The false advertisement, filth, and rude staff.

The staff was okay. There were dead bugs in my room and lots of spiders crawling around. The blankets and sheet were filthy and have cigarettes burn in them. The rooms smelt mushy. Asked for a refund but since we moved the blankets to check for bed bugs we didn’t get our refund.

People say you get what you pay for but I certainly didn’t get what is advertised (see pics for comparison). I didn’t expect the Ritz, but I at least expected Rodeway Inn.

Cleanliness was decent for the price just could be better there were stains on everything and the area was a lil sketchy

Nothing at all Everything, dirty, smelly rooms and no wifi.

I was in the parking lot while I was a man knock on my door with a hoodie and back pack on. Only knocked on my door and waited for five minutes and then walked off the property. I then packed all my items and leave early.

No hot water 💦

De verdad la habitación muy mala. Sábanas olían a cigarros. La habitación muy mal olor. No lo recomiendo

I paid for a non-smoking room I was given a smoking room It was disgusting bugs all over the mattress we actually did not stay and we have yet to get a refund

smoking room with no ashtrays. most light fixtures didn't work, some didn't have bulbs. i'm a polite, respectful smoker but the room had lots of signs of a different kind of smoker. burnt sheets, burns on the tub edge and along the edge of all hard surfaces. hard mattress. waited 15 minutes for someone to arrive at the lobby to check me out. bullet hole in the front door, no joke. rough part of town from what i saw and in a flood zone so don't arrive in the rain without a four wheel drive. otherwise, i've stayed at worse places and the price did match what i got.

Dirty room, hair on floor, smoke in non smoking room, dirty towel hanging on shower curtain, poop stain on walls.
