2) Sometime during the night I had females fighting and screaming right outside my door. They kept bumping against my door. I was worried that my car might get damaged. I finally opened my door and yelled at them all to stop. That is when I noticed there were a couple of little kids right in the middle. Everyone shut up and stared at me. As soon as I closed my door, they started up again. The police showed up and told them to leave. Then they all started yelling about them having to leave. 3) One of the reasons I chose this place was the ad said they served breakfast....guess what, no breakfast. The man behind the counter did come out and make me a cup of coffee.

Air conditioner worked great but there was no smoke detector in our room. There was a bracket on the ceiling, but the detector unit was in the dresser. Two microwaves; one worked. The police patrolled the place several times through the night. Not sure how to feel about that. I'm grateful to the LEOs for keeping us safe, but what kind of hotel needs multiple patrols in a single night? Also NO BREAKFAST. It's advertised as offering breakfast (which is why I chose this hotel) and they have a huge poster in the window talking about breakfast, but they only do breakfast Sat & Sun. Not on weekdays. Bait and switch right there. We went up the road to the golden arches for breakfast instead and couldn't wait to be gone from the place.

This place should be condemned before somebody gets killed. Completely filthy inside and out and in an area where you could get shot. I did not feel safe or comfortable. The hand towels and bath towels had stains on them, the facilities were filthy, the sheets had stains, the outside looked like they were getting ready to tear it down. Northgate Inn is not a place that should be on Travelocity.

The room was nothing like the picture shown in the hotel profile. They must not rent that room out. The sheetrock patch in the room's ceiling was falling down in multiple places. There were stains on the bed sheets. The room we reserved was not available despite the parking lot being much less than half full. I suspect that the reason for this was that they didn't have availability due to poor repair of the overall property. The roof/ soffit was severely damaged in multiple places and substandard or not at all repaired. The "breakfast" served consisted of toast, mini donuts, mini muffins, cereal and coffee (no sugar -only Sweet and Low). At least coffee was available in the lobby because while there was a coffee maker in the room, there was no coffee or cups in the room. The entire fence around the property had gaps and appeared to barely be standing. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. We will never stay there again!

The room stunk of cigarettes, no good lighting outside. Guy at entrance with a gun in his waitline.

They told us when we arrived it was not pet friendly. And we paid for a King bed and were told they had none available so we had to use Queen, but looked the size of full size. They did not provide good towels. One looked like it had black stains on it. They said it had Continental Breakfast and only had a few Muffins. That is the last time we are staying there.

I booked for 2 nights and left after the first night. The room was disgusting. Water leak stains ran down the wall. Moved the chair in the room and found trash under it. The back of the bathroom door was filthy. And the toilet seat was loose. I will not be back or even close to this place. Everything.
