We were comfortable…. but we had to ask for multiple things like a change of bed sheets. The original sheets were stained badly, we had to go get everything (sheets & towels) ourselves because they didn’t have enough front desk staff. The room smelled…interesting we bought air freshener. They came in once to clean and the bed wasn’t made. It was fine for a couple of days.

My stay was lovely. I checked in well into the evening and front desk staff was both friendly and professional. The room was clean and amenities were great as well. House keeping checked in on us in between their daily rounds and were friendly. Upon my return to PA I would love to stay here again.

Clean rooms and great breakfast

Clean and perfect services and staff but security issue, I was feeling unsafe, couldn't sleep all night because my room was next to the backdoor, there was a guy keep in and out that back door and smoking there all night, the sound of the door and the smell from the smoking weed made me unable to sleep that night at all, turned the fan on but it didn't help. I saw cigarates thrown right outside that door on the ground. After back from breakfast, I was able to see a slim guy standing there in front of my room and that door, when he saw me walking toward the room direction, he left.

Booked for my Sister and she enjoyed her stay

Easy to get to from the highway .Lots of restaurants ect around. Room was spacious and clean. Fridge, microwave worked well. Heavy smell of pine cleaner. Bed was hard but not terrible. Free coffee and lemon water in the lobby was nice. Good room for the price.

I loved the breakfast and the staff was very nice.

It was nice that there was a fitness center and bar/resteraunt open 4pm to 9pm. There was a nice garden view from the breakfast/dinning room. Breakfast included waffles, french toast, yogart, cereal, toast, eggs, sausages, bagels, etc. Coffee was free in the lobby all day and evening. Staff was super nice! Room was clean and updated. Large refrigerator.

Exterior appearance was quite bad. Interior was not any better. Very old and somewhat dirty both inside and out. Would never stay here again.

This is probably the only place I stay at when I’m up the mountains. It is very clean. They offered breakfast and I love the staff amazing place to stay at when you’re there.

Very clean. That is my biggest issue and requirement for a hotel. It was spotless. The only issue was the housekeeper entered my room (on day of check out) when I had a DND on the door. It was not even close to check out time and I intended to come back from a meeting and change (hence the DND). When I came back, they had stripped the room and the door was open. The DND was still hanging on the knob. I went to the desk and the clerk immediately contacted the head of housekeeping. She, in turn, led me to another room to change and informed another housekeeper to let the new girl know of the DND procedure. As a prior manager of hotels, I understand the learning curve and language barriers, but the Housekeeping supervisor did an amazing job and defusing the situation. I was in such a rush, I did not get her name.
