Clean, quiet and comfortable.

The night clerk told us that he couldn't do that until he contacted the 3rd party (hotels.com), but that he would have management in the morning handle the refund. That never happened and when I asked hotels.com for assistance, the hotel did not respond to them either. Do not trust this property.

Looks like a very new hotel, everything was nice and clean except the floor (stains and 1 huge warm ) Our stay was good enough for 1 night stay.

Secured parking, fresh breakfast, and a very clean room. We loved our stay! Everything was well-maintained, and we felt comfortable throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Decent roadside hotel for an overnight stay. The room was clean, and everything was fine for one night. The location is convenient, with easy access from the highway. Breakfast was very basic, just coffee and some packaged pastries, so don’t expect much. Overall, it’s a good option if you simply need a clean and convenient place to sleep while traveling.

I was traveling with my cat and asked and received a ground floor room which was very handy. The room was clean and I would say recently updated. Everything I needed was available in the room and with Perkins and Denny’s right across the street it was easy to get dinner or breakfast. I didn’t hear any noise outside or in the adjoining rooms which made for a good night’s sleep. Good value for the money and I will definitely stay there again if traveling through Hazleton

We found cockroaches in our room, and a lot of dead bugs all over. The bedsheets had very large stains on them. The front door had this large space between the doorframe and the door. There was a lot of humidity in the room and it smelled a lot. The staff were understanding of the situation only after showing pictures we took and changed our room to another which had the same problems.
