The hotel property is in a great location, just off of the square. The rooms were nice and quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast basket delivery in the mornings was also very convenient, and the pastries, fruit, hardboiled eggs, yogurt and coffee was just enough to get the day started.

It felt luxurious in every way

Great location. Staff was excellent and attentive. Rooms are nice size with fireplace and huge bathrooms. Well done.

Did not take breakfast in the hotel. N/A Did not understand how to use the remote control to thousands of TV stations. A simple, visual instruction would have been helpful. My husband could not access his favorite sports channels. This ultimately was not an issue, because it was late at night and we were busy having breakfast outside of hotel next day.

Good location, nice size rooms and in clean condition.

Beautiful room and friendly staff. Great location. The restaurant was closed due to renovation. Seemed a tad understaffed.
-
Great location, staff, room. All in all, a great experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Comp valet parking. Located right off the square so easy to walk to all part of town. Recommended a couple of nice wineries to visit. Room was very nice.

Great location and fireplace in the room. The bed was too soft for our liking. My biggest issue is, that upon checkout, they wanted a card to charge a $40 resort fee. This is a small boutique hotel with no real additional amenities and this fee was not disclosed through booking. When I asked what the fee was for we were told for the concierge and booking wineries, which we did not use. I don’t like surprise $40 (!!) resort fee for a $1000 a night room. The girl at the front ultimately waived the fee, but this marred an otherwise nice stay. Add it to room price or better yet, don’t at this price point. These fees are even starting to disappear in Vegas because people don’t like to be nickel-and-dimed.

I was under the impression that this hotel was a 5 star facility but it is absolutely not. It has a lovely lobby and the pre-check-in experience was fine but when I arrived, there was no one around except someone who looked like he didn't even work there. No one came to the door to help with bags, and there was no doorman even though the main wooden doors are extremely heavy to open. The person behind the reception barely looked up, offered zero assistance, and provided no information at all about the hotel or the neighbourhood. He just handed over a key and pointed to the elevator. The room was large and lovely but that was really the only good thing about the inside of the hotel. The bar closed early (8:45 was last call!) and there was no ambiance to speak of - it was like an empty shell, sparsely staffed and devoid of guests. Very odd. Like I was completely alone there. Definitely not worth the money. Even the convenience of its location cannot make up for a totally lacklustre experience.

Great hotel in Healdsburg.
-
Great location No more breakfast, overpriced without any extra amenities

Fabulous updated decor since our last visit a couple of years ago, incredibly comfortable beds & large elegant bathrooms. Evening turndown service. Main lobby, bar & restaurant looks awesome, however we did not spend much time there as we were on a wine-tasting weekend. Staff very friendly and helpful, also with affiliated wineries. Will definitely stay there again. A gem in Healdsburg!

The staff were amazing, always welcoming and eager to help us with recommendations or valeting our car. The room was clean, quite, and comfortable. The location of the hotel within town could not have been more convenient. 10m walk to basically anything you want to do in Healdsburg from breakfast to dinner. Would not hesitate to stay again!

Perfect location. Loved having a cocktail bar on site. My room 208 was a little noisy, being just next to the laundry area.
