Clean, unique, in the middle of town. Love it.

Very clean and spacious room. Walkin shower. Small but nice pool with afternoon sun. Breakfast buffet gone downhill in last several years. Now need to order ala carte. Gym down street at sister hotel.

The staff was really amazing! Anything that we needed they were there to meet our needs. It’s a great location, they are the destination charger there which was very helpful. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. I would absolutely stay there again.

The rooms are very clean and the staff are very helpful, and give suggestions on what to do. However, the breakfast is not great and recommend to go to another breakfast place in the town. The coffee is not very great and recommend to go to another place to get coffee.

This is the best place to stay! Great location, professional staff, good food! Will definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel. Loved the bed and the water station. Great hotel. Will return. One negative was they were having an event so we couldn’t use the lobby.

The h2 is in perfect location with beautiful outdoor space and pool. Shower and bath amazing. Lovely people.

Very comfortable place to be. The building is thoughtfully designed, the staff is friendly and professional. Nice restaurant and bar on site. There is a free breakfast option with fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. The location is right downtown, easy walk to a number of restaurants, other businesses and a park. Valet or street parking only. Very nice vibe. We look forward to returning.

Great location, close to the plaza. Large modern rooms. Pool service would be great. Also a way to access the pool that isn't via the hotel lobby. Being made aware of an evening housekeeping service would have reduced the fright when a stranger entered my room (knocks are not distinguishable and when you're travelling alone you don't expect any knocks at your own door)

The pool, the free sparkling water, breakfast and the breakfast staff, nice toiletries, great location The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, there was not enough sound proofing from the outside, some areas could have been cleaner, our TV didn't work well. It felt overpriced.

The hotel is very convenient to restaurants,stores and activities. The staff is very helpful and friendly.We enjoyed Maria's happy and cheerful greetings every mornings as well as her attentiveness during our breakfast meal.There could have been more options for the continental breakfast although the breakfast menu was fairly priced and food was excellent. n/a

Beautiful property!

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the fruit at the breakfast bar was fantastic and the morning restaurant staff was amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

The hotel is located in the perfect side of Healdsburg. Right on the main dining and shopping street. The lounge is lively with great seating for dining and cocktails, and open walls/windows for breezy access on ground floor. Rooms on upper floors are modern, clean and quiet. Great complimentary continental breakfast bar.

The strangest thing about the hotel is the understaffing. The whole lobby is generally staffed by one guy. He’s the front desk, the valet, the bellhop, he may even be a bartender since the front desk doubles for the bar. If you need your car pulled up from valet, the entire lobby is unstaffed and anyone hoping to check-in just sits. Very weird.
