I would absolutely stay here again in the future though. Definitely give it a try!

Stayed there for four nights. Never got house cleaning, hot tub was cold, overall poor experience.

Clean, safe, well lit and easy to get to. If you had bigger vehicles or pull on a trailer, it might be tricky to get in/out of the parking area.

Nice and clean room. Parking available in front of the room. Water. Coffee available in the room. Refrigerator. Freezer and microwave in the room. Very nice and easy to get in and out.

A clean, well-lighted place to stay in Healdsburg. The price is good considering the proximity to the town square, which is an easy walk away.

LIked the location in that it was close to the wedding site. Two beds. Large bathroom. Refirgerator ticked loudly all night. AC whooshed on like a jet liner taking off. No breakfast. Odd location-nothing really near by in terms of stores, restaurants, etc. Kind of a 1950's motel with 2 stories on one side. Refrigerator had no way to store tall items (wine bottles, milk carton, etc--bars in door were gone.

Clean and in a great spot. The pool water was not clean.

It is located very convenient to the center of Healdsburg. The AC units are old and noisy. Realize this is an older hotel that has been updated and pretty well maintained.

The room was clean and comfortable. Everyone was very nice.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Desk staff very helpful. It turned out our original room had not been turned, so they upgraded us to the jet tub suite at no extra charge.

Nothing exceptional. High price. Noisy A/C. Leaking toilet.

Upon arrival, we were told that we would have a room that the card reader didn’t work and we would need to get somebody from the front desk to let us into the room every time we needed to enter. We had to argue with the manager to give us a room with a door lock that worked.

Compared to other Healdsburg properties in the adjacent area it’s much more reasonably priced. Great location. Staff was okay. Comfortable enough. Ants in the bathroom unfortunately and when I alerted the front desk I got zero response or reaction as if it was a normal thing. That was disappointing. Other than that, it’s worth the try. Ants all over in the bathroom. Gentleman smoking just outside our window and he wouldn’t move when we mentioned his smoke was bothering us.

Size of room and location Don't stay on the 1st floor because if your people upstairs you hear every noise....

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and we will most likely be back. It's extremely well priced for the area; it's clean, spacious, and an easy walk to downtown Healdsburg and Russian River.

The price and proximity to where I needed to be were right. The sheets had stains. The floors weren’t clean. The toilet seat wasn’t clean. The face and hand towels were well worn. The remote was tacky/sticky. The only room options available during my stay were on the ground level.  Therefore the windows either opened to the parking lot or an ally. I could either have privacy or no natural light with the slatted blinds.
