The hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and kind. My bathroom had a slightly weird smell (mildew or something else) that made me not want to be in that space, but otherwise the room was comfortable and the stay was pleasant. Nicest hotel in Hemet.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hampton. The lounge was real nice and comfortable, it made breakfast buffet relaxing. The room was clean and quite, just the way I like it. I also enjoyed the pool.

Hotel staff is very kind. Walls are very thin and both nights we were awoken by people stomping above us at 2:00am and had to call security to deal with it.

The pool area is excellent. There are pool towels available. There are relaxing area to sit and if you desire you can even barbecue. If you need anything the staff responds immediately. Nothing

The breakfast was very good and hot. the location was great for us to visit family and friends. Staff was very friendly. Great room with a love seat. Comfortable beds.

Most every guest was staying there after evacuating their homes due to a wildfire. The front desk staff went out of their way to help everyone. Being billed more than the rate on Booking. The front desk fixed it, but it was still aggravating.

Everyone was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable The electricity was off due to a car crashing in to the power poll for 12 hours, other than that it was great ?
