I was pleasantly surprised with this property! It was priced right, the 24hr coffee/tea station was well stocked and generous, The people who work there are very friendly, the hotel itself was super quiet. The rooms are a little small but has everything you need. Free parking very close to the hotel. Even the bed was comfortable. The whole experience was great, I'm so tired of paying 3 or 4 times more for the same kind of room. 100% recommend if you want a nice clean room. Unfortunately we had to leave before the free breakfast.

I love staying at this hotel; the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Although it is 20 minutes away from Las Vegas Boulevard, the drive is worth it—it is a place where you can truly get some real rest. Without a doubt, it is one of my favorite places to stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean. The staff was amazingly friendly. The breakfast was decent not something I would shout about and the laundry facility was clean, even though we didn’t use it.

I loved the place; it is very clean, and the reception staff were very friendly. Although the location is a bit far from the Las Vegas Strip, I don't regret the extra 25-minute drive to stay at this very pleasant and quiet hotel.

Very nice and modern hotel. The staff was friendly and personable. Breakfast options were limited but churro doughnuts? So tasty. Plenty of food and drink options around water street too.

Great stay on Water Street. good cafes and food places within walking distance! Make sure to avoid finding parking during the day time though...lol. Besides that, very surprised in the best way possible.

Nice cute very up to date amenities. Room was huge so loved that. Place was very clean. Breakfast was a very small amount and wasn’t restocked with all the guest coming.
