1. Got locked in the bathroom for a bit because the handle was not working but they fixed it So all good there 2. We checked in and there was no water because they had a plumbing issue they got it fixed within an hour so all good good there 3.the house keeping felt the door open slightly but we let me know and they fixed the issue Honestly they were really good with fixing concerns and had an over all had a great time and ended up extending my stay for 2 more days

The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Getting to the property was tough. There is no road that leads to the hotel- you have to go through a business parking lot. There is a small sign but not real obvious and at night it is not lit up so you don’t see it at all

Everything was just right

We stayed in a large suite and loved having so much room. Our grandchildren stayed with us and loved swimming in the pool all day.

Great place to stay when visiting Henderson!

I really liked the man at the front desk, Gordon, he went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was there almost the whole time we were. Very professional, friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. There are lots of places to eat very close. The room was the smallest hotel room I have ever seen. The bathroom was also very small, with the sink being in the entry way instead of in the bathroom. That is really the only complaint I have. I will watch for the size of the room next time.

The pool was not very clean , and breakfast was not good. The room location was too close to the elevator lot's of noise!

There was no conditioner in the shower and they ran out of coffee for breakfast

Nothing The property was dirty and rundown. The bed was so uncomfortable and I could not sleep.

Staff It was filthy. The halls smelled like mariguana and the pool water was green so didn’t swim

This hotel is dated and could use some TLC and upgrades. Paint coming off walls in bathroom, old carpet with stains and residue in carpet. Very hard bed sheets, pillows discolored, loud AC unit. Headboard stained. Staff was helpful and tried as best they could to help.

This place has several issues!! 2 night stay no tv, had to lift toilet tank to flush. Spiders and roaches cracks all in wall the smell was musky. I would not recommend this place ever and will never stay at another one of these Hotels. You’re probably better to stay at the Hotel 6.

Breakfast was great for this vegetarian and vegans in our party. Staff was very helpful and curious. However, the room was rather small for the price.

Room, Service, Hospitality, Breakfast, location are worked out beautifully. Thank you.
