Budget Inn

Location is close to my house. The cleaning lady is polite. Shower curtain was filled with mold stains. I've never seen anything like it. I have severe asthma, so that was a serious concern. I only needed the room to shower, since I was having plumbing work done to my house. Went home for my own towels, because I didn't want to end up with a $10,000 ER bill. Hubby sat on the bed while waiting for his turn to shower and it made a horrible noise; like sitting on sheet metal. Glad we didn't have to sleep there.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this property! I didn’t like anything about this property! I asked for a smoke-free room. I opened the door and smoke hit me in the face! Burns from cigarettes cover the “comforter”. The phones label is brown from such heavy smoking in this room! There are stains on the sheets. The towels are every color black, brown, yuck. No where near white! Went to hang the towel back up and the towel rack bar fell off. The door to talk out is filthy! This is the worst place I have ever stayed. I regret every moment I sit here!

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Room was clean and comfortable. I was there for a hunt test and had a dog in the kennel in the back of my truck. The large enclosed, grassy area in front of the rooms, gave me plenty of space to walk my dog, play a little fetch and excercise her.

I rarely travel. I would stay there again when in Henderson.

Bed was comfy, Room smelled clean, IT had a mini fridge and a microwave. Water stains in ceiling from roof leak . Floor was dirty. No clock or charging ports .less than half a roll of tp . Glad I brought some .

Crappy. It¿s no wonder they were the only rooms available on a short notice. I¿ve stayed at many places all over the place and from 1 to 10 it was a 1. And that¿s giving it a lot of credit!

It was convenient and for a motel very clean and well kept. Having to pay 15 dollars extra to get in earlier

Cozy and clean room. Small yet roomy. The hill you have to drive up to reach the motel

They charge for kids under 12 and other places i stayed don't. They didn't have soap which I brought my own anyway but I notice that. They didn't have a extra roll of tissue paper
