We had an ok stay, but two of the main reasons I booked a hotel came up short for me staying here. The air conditioning in the main room of our suite wouldn’t get very cold. And the pool didn’t smell clean like chlorine. There was a pee smell to it & the jacuzzi didn’t heat up. However, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. We enjoyed the Dove products in the bathroom.

AMAZING!!! The Staff Ms. Ragan was very kind and helpful at the front desk! She treated me like family. Breakfast made by staff Member Ms. Lydia was perfect! Ms. Lydia was very kind and polite! The bathroom was very clean and the shower head felt like a spa! My bed was made up every night which was very nice! The room was super clean and the pillows were perfect! I will most definitely be back!

It was quiet, the room was clean, the lobby was nice. Mary that worked breakfast in the morning was the sweetest!! The bed was nice and you were given a firm and a softer pillow. The breakfast was one of the best I have been too, so much to choose from, and 24/7 coffee machine. I would go back.

Good room, the only problem that needs to be corrected by the hotel is the sliding door to the shower. The door opens to the back of the toilet. It would be great if they change that back. I was in room 123.

My bf and I stayed here for the weekend, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious especially the potatoes. We did not get to check the amenities but the hotel was well-kept, the only downside was that the shower floor would flood.

They took the coffee makers out of the rooms. Now you have to get dressed and go to the lobby for coffee.

Hot tub was dirty and had hardly any water in it. Rest of hotel was great.
