It's more like a mix income community with short term business & vacation travelers, low income, immigrant, tenants. The floor I was on smelled of curry or some other type International street food market from guest/residence cooking on the kitchen stove. I called the front desk for a pretty routine service (I can't remember exactly what it was, it's been over 2 weeks ago) & he told me they were too busy to do it, he'd try to it later. A couple of hours after I had resolved the staff member I spoke with earlier was still at the desk but the lobby was empty. I mentioned I had resolved the issue & he didn't even know what I was talking about. I know it was the same person because he was at the front when I was going to the room before I called for the service. There Continental Breakfast looked like the junk section of a convenience store. On the day I checked out there was another gentleman work the front desk. I told him cancel the reservation I had made to check-in for and overnight stay when I returned from out of the country on the 30th. He asked what did I think about the accommodation. I had no comment. He ask would I book with them again? My response was "nope" as I existed the facility.

Walls were very thin, could hear the other rooms. Towels had stains and toilet paper was not changed.

Very poor customer service, breakfast is horrible

The bed was comfy The place had a smell. A terrible smell. It wasn't the cleanest.

it'a a bed for the night. nothing more, nothing less.

The location was good. Restaurants were close by. The staff was absolutely horrible and unprofessional. When I asked if there was a space to put my luggage, I was told there was none. I checked out of my room at 12:00 PM, but my Uber wasn't schedule to arrive until 2:30 PM. The receptionist said there was no place for me to put my luggage so I could get something to eat. So, I had to wait with my luggage in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours. When I asked if I could use a bathroom, the receptionist told me there wasn't a bathroom I could use while I waited. Furthermore, the hallways stunk horribly of marijuana. Also, there was vomit on the stairs and in the elevator that was never cleaned during the entire duration of my stay. The place is dirty and disgusting.

She didn't go look in the first aid kit. She didn't say let me go check. She just assumed a first aid kit, that will have the most basic of first aid supplies, including a band aid, didn't have it. My guess, she was just too lazy to go get one for me. All I asked for was a bandaid. Terrible customer service.

I really liked that it was very quiet. I think everything was fine; I have no complaints.

The breakfast was just a snack. I requested cup and coffee maker but she said I should use disposable and heat in microwave.
-
They are changing management so it was a lot they did not accommodate but I let it slide I should be credited for some of it being I stay a month there
-
Only one staff member, who try make my stay comfortable. The guest next door, left the television on at the loudest setting, the staff were not friendly. There were roaches and mice, I stay up cleaning my own room, because of a mice enter my room. Water damage/plus mold on the ceiling wall outside my room…. The list goes on

I was there for a longer stay and they never cleaned my room. Luckily I am very neat so it was not a huge issue, but not having my sheets, or towels replaced wasn't acceptable. But on the upside I didn't murdered so that has to count for something.

Coffee and cereal bars or small muffins for breakfast. Low cost was the bonus.

Affordable, clean, and comfortable stay. N/A

Is clean., and has a good location
-
The towel rack was pulled out of the wall and the hotel is in a general state of disrepair. Generally clean room, no issues in that front, and it was the cheapest place to stay within the area. I don't mind staying at these types of places, but they have to act like they care.
