Embassy Suites by Hilton Dulles Airport

For those wanting to go to the national monuments mall in Washington D.C. like we did, perfect for getting in and out using the metro which is less than 1 mile away and the hotel will shuttle you to and from. We utilized it for the 250th Independence Day celebrations and it worked out fantastic. Allow 45 minutes on the metro both ways and you can stop at many locations along the way for touring the city. I wish I could remember the cook’s name but for the hotel manager and future guests, he was wonderful. Polite, courteous, and a joyous smile to welcome my family’s mornings during our stay, getting the day started on the right note!! All things considered, I recommend this Embassy Suites for anyone needing to get around D.C. and wanting a relaxful place to rest after seeing our beautiful nation’s capital!!!! D.C. was not this clean the last time I was here 4 years ago. Will be staying at this great hotel and friendly neighborhood again in the near future :)

It was a nice hotel. The staff were all friendly. It was very quiet. The area around the property was nice and safe to go for morning runs. The only negative thing was the lobby and eating area felt warm like the ac could not keep up. You can’t really blame the hotel when it’s 103 for 4 days straight. I would definitely stay again.

Charged for parking $21 a night. Would have stayed at a different location with free parking

I've stayed here twice this year. It's in a nice, convenient location, their routine with the morning breakfast and evening snacks is nice, the staff is great, and the rooms are pretty good. It would be nice if they had a pool big enough for swimming (it's really just a sitting pool), but other than that, I can't really complain.

Breakfast is made to order and was great. Shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful.

The room was not clean to standards. Called staff multiple times for room to be cleaned and no one came until the next day. Hair in bathroom, roach in bathroom, left over crumbs in the windowsill ! Etc

As a paying customer staying the night I had to also pay for parking which is crazy to me. The mattresses and pillows were not comfortable. There were plates and food still in the same spot outside peoples doors from the night before when we woke up and got out

I’ve never been disappointed with Hilton! Many of their locations offer two complimentary drinks during happy hour and a breakfast buffet so good that even my picky child looks forward to eating. They have a cozy lobby that makes the perfect place to enjoy your meals or have a quiet drink. It’s family friendly, well-maintained, and absolutely worth every penny!

We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was a plus. We didn’t make it to the indoor pool but kids in there looked like they were having fun.

Clean and slick

Really appreciated the promptness of the airport transfer. Conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants. Breakfast was very good! Best we have had at an Embassy Suites.
