Good

Shuttle service were one hour late. Room were not clean. No microwave or stove. Room smell bad and hallway as well

Cons- very rude experience at check in, not enough bath towels in our room and we had to fetch more from front desk, large centipede crawling on our wall, no ice machine (at least on first floor)- staff had to take our water bottles to a back room to get ice, lots of dust build up on surfaces along side of bed, no bath fan, have to pay extra to park there Overall a decent and spacious place to stay, we just had so many disappointing things happen upon and shortly after arrival that it did not leave a good impression, especially since I chose to pay more to go to this higher rated hotel.

Convenient, clean, and quiet.

Chose the hotel because of the free shuttle but It was obviously supposed to be pre booked on demand . Called the hotel and no chance to connect to the operator so we took an uber . We like the break buffet though .

While in the shower there was no shower gel.

The hotel is basic but was ok for one night. The shuttle service was great and the breakfast was good too.

Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

We stayed here for a night due to a missed connection. It is close to the airport. The are a couple restaurants really close but we ended up walking about 15 minutes to a nice plaza. They were about to hold our bags because we couldn't check in early. The people were nice and the place was clean. It was also safe to walk everywhere we did.

The staff is helpful and hotel is at great location to the airport and metro center The only thing that was disappointing was the restaurant is not open and food is premade sandwiches the website needs to be updated.

Hotel is nice and clean with good sized rooms. Would recommend you have a vehicle as it is quite far from DC and Uber from this location to DC is expensive.

Fantastic location close to Dulles. Rooms were large and very clean. A few restaurants within walking distance. And very close to the silver lined.
