The breakfast could have been better

Staff were terrible, worst customer service, i tired calling for the airport shuttle but they told me to stop call because they don't have anything available at the moment for early check in. And they dont want people sitting around

The breakfast was just ok. Big bowl of yogurt instead of individual cups. Not worth what I paid for the night.

Toilet handle broken. Sink stopper broken. $15.00 a night paid parking crazy. House cleaning just threw new towels wherever they wished. If they are part of Hyatt they should be ashamed of themselves.

Staff recommended reasonably priced & delicious restaurant in walking distance & provided free toothpaste. Very clean & excellent AC - very cold.

Clean room

This hotel needs a lot of TLC. As soon as you enter a funky smell hits you. The carpet on the hallways is full of spots( probably coffee). The sheet on one of the beds had holes in it. Very poor options for breakfast. I noticed they did not have the cheapest fruit-bananas. The tables in the breakfast area were sticky and dirty: no one wipes them in between seatings. It wasn’t worth the price.

I always try to stay here.

We really appreciated the free shuttle service. We suggest improving the breakfast selections.

Breakfast was nice, the staff was friendly and they were able to hold our luggage while we took the metro to see some sights.

Good hotel to stay close to the airport. Free shuttle and breakfast. No microwave in the room. Small and weird coffee maker in the room.

I had no problems, everything was decent and good.

I stayed here with my family around 3 times, love this hotel during my visit to Washington DC. Close to airport for any international travel. Great breakfast and wonderful hospitality. Will keep coming. Small observation for improvement - During our last visit in June 2026, the shower pressure in room 222 was very slow. What it takes to get ready in 7 mins took 15 mins. Please take care of the shower pressure / speed. Everything else was great.
