Hyatt Place Herndon Dulles Airport East

Physical layout of the room was great—seating area, desk area, fridge and hot drink area. Lots of space. In need of a facelift. Facilities a bit tired. For example, loose tap in bathroom.

Clean, good price and close to the airport.

The hotel’s location was good. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The serving area needed to be wiped down regularly as there were many crumbs, food leftovers and spills at the different stations. This made for an unappealing experience

I would appreciate if the beds were not so high off the floor, I'm 5 ft tall and have a bad back it was very difficult climbing up onto the bed

Room were modern, large abd well designed. Safe and pleasant neighborhood. Breakfast was old fashioned unhealthy food.

Clean and good location from the airport I wish if there was a microwave in the room

My daughter and I had a very short stay, but we really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel shuttle was very timely and convenient, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast bar was a nice touch. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying again.

Good stay place is nice and clean

The breakfast and location was perfect. That there was not a full body mirror.

Close to Dulles airport. Large clean room with everything we needed. Polite staff. Free breakfast. Didn’t like paying $15 to park per day but that’s Northern Virginia for you.

Everything was above my expectations

The room was large with a separate sitting area. The vanity was in the open not allowing tor privacy. Parking was $15 per night. The pool water temperature was chilly and it wasn’t warmed up after I reported it. The breakfast buffet was good.

When I visited there had been a water leak on the 3rd floor where my room was. This resulted in the baseboards being removed and the wallpaper being partially peeled up from the bottom. This also resulted in a slight smell, and the ice and vending machines on that floor were removed (seems like maybe the ice machine caused the water leak?). Furthermore, one of the two elevators was out of service, and a set of exit doors near the elevators were locked and unusable. Breakfast was available, but it was not prepared well - the eggs seemed like powdered eggs and the sausage patties were cooked far too long.
