Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Airport Herndon

Very nice lobby with seating areas, a bar and a bistro.

The room showed its age and lack of up-keep. One of the double bathroom doors looked a little rough from water damage. All the USB charging outlets near the bed (x4) were inoperable. Thankfully there was one that worked near the coffee maker. When doors closed in the hallway, it was pretty loud in the room. Very limited choice for dining within walking distance.

Have stayed here many times while traveling to Europe. Facility is clean and well managed. We specialties the bartender. She was pleasant and had a great of cocktails. The parking during your traveling is a great amenity.

Friendly staff at check in, fast pickup by shuttle from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant in the morning; service was prompt and coffee was good. We will stay again!

The hotel is very well maintained and comfortable. It is also near the metro station and conveniently located. I will definitely come back!

Clean room and friendly staff. Was able to get a shuttle from the airport at 1 am and a late check out! Close to the train station.

Easy drive to Airport. I felt safe coming and going after dark.

Not a terrible hotel but FAR from good or great. Very outdated amenities, outdated doors, shower & television. It looks to have previously been a poor quality/budget hotel that Marriott slapped their name in just to save the building from being demolished . Probably wouldn’t stay here by choice again. Also, hair was found in multiple spots upon check in.

Round the clock shuttle service made getting to our 6:10 a.m. flight easy.

Desk Clerk at 1:30am during check in was not very friendly or helpful. We asked for a luggage cart, he told us there were none available. When we went to elevator dragging our luggage there were 2 luggage cart sitting in the elevator area. Very poor service, did not move from the desk, was constantly staring at cell phone.

The cleanliness of our room was on par with our expectations!
