Great hotel near the airport. Only spent one night but room was clean and spacious.

Staff was unable to help with local restaurants in the area. Staff also very short with the answers and mumbles a lot.

Landed late (4hour flight delay) at the airport and no-one was answering the phone for me to notify that I wanted a shuttle ride to the hotel. I know it was very busy for the only staff member on duty who was doing his best however I was waiting & calling for over half an hour for someone to finally answer the phone. Can you adjust this to enable a pets to leave a message or request online a shuttle pick-up?

The room was clean and nice and the television options were plentiful. The shuttle service was a major help and made my travel experience much easier.

Great stay after long flight ✈️. Shuttle came and picked us up in a very reasonable time.. quiet area and a short walk from the metro station.

Clean room

After driving across the country, through five states, I arrived at the hotel before an international flight the following day. I had prepaid for my room through Booking.com, and the receptionist initially acknowledged that my room had already been paid for. I understood that a security deposit would be required, but the receptionist couldn’t even tell me how much the deposit was supposed to be. When I first looked at the card reader, it showed a charge of $215.62, which I knew was way too much for a security deposit for a one night stay. I pointed this out, and the receptionist told me it was incorrect. She canceled the transaction and tried again. Once again, the card reader showed $215.62. At that point, she incorrectly claimed that I hadn’t prepaid for my room, even though she previously said I did prepay for my room and I acknowledged that I did. At this point, I showed her both my Booking.com receipt and proof that the payment had already cleared my card on June 2, 2026. She canceled the transaction a third time and told me she had “overridden” it so that I would only be charged a $25 security deposit. Even though the card reader still displayed $215.62, she repeatedly assured me that only $25 would actually be charged. I specifically asked her multiple times to confirm that I would not be charged $215.62, and she repeatedly said yes. The instant I tapped my card, I received a notification that my account had been charged $215.62. I immediately showed her the notification on my phone, and instead of resolving the issue, she simply said, “You’ll have to speak to a manager.” This happened around 5:25 PM. I was told the manager would be back from lunch in about 30 minutes and would contact me. That never happened.

Close location to airport with shuttle service No breakfast provided, not even coffee, except in the room.

Airport van was out of commission so they arranged a Lyft for us which worked great! Everybody there was helpful and friendly

Unfortunately, when booking a room for two adults and three children I guess I neglected to realize the room did not have a sofa bed. I have never encountered a hotel that listed occupancy for two queen beds as five. So please read the fine print when booking. Staff upon check-in was completely unapologetic and unsympathetic, and actually not very friendly. When I asked about the option to pay for a rollaway, she offered a crib, when my children were all standing in front of her as teens and preteens. Regardless, if you’re looking for a clean room with easy airport access, this is a fine choice. Next time I will likely look for other options though.

Clean, great location Nothing
