Overall cleaness and hospitality.

I liked the location and the set up. The room was just what we needed to regroup after international travel. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was amazing and it was quiet. The shuttle could use an upgrade. But friendly driver and great manners.

Staff was friendly. Room was nice. Location was great-close to airport and other amenities/restaurants. The parking fee was very reasonable at $5. The price was a bit high but oh well.

The whole hotel smelled of paint thinner it was so bad we had to actually go out and buy candles and spray for the room the type of smell you can taste . For something like that they should’ve closed the floor they were working on . Other than that it was a nice clean stay .

The hotel just wasn’t a good experience. You can’t get housekeeping even if you request it saying they already “have a long list”. Hotel wasn’t clean, sheets had lipsticks stains and yellow stains. Furniture was dirty with food stains, couch was dirty. The “free” breakfast just wasn’t good quality , coffee always ran out and tasted like paper. I didn’t think the staff was friendly at all. The only good thing we have to say was the size of the room, but other than that it just wasn’t up to the standard we hoped for, for our family. You need access to toilet paper and your trash cleaned out daily when you have 8+ people staying in a room. The biggest thing that shocked me was paying for parking. That needs to be clearly stated, I don’t understand why you have to pay for parking and it’s not included in your stay if there is no special amenities offered with parking such as hotel employees helping you with your things. Also, the WiFi setup was confusing and WiFi should automatically be included with your stay! I just thought this experience could’ve been so much better if staff/room service were friendly and housekeeping was readily available and if they didn’t charge for things such as WiFi and parking which should be included with a stay at a suite.

We arrived a little early (family of 6) and the front desk manager was amazing. Lashaun did everything in her power to facilitate us to check in, gave us some very helpful tips to logistically do something we wanted to and was extremely polite and kind. We will definitely be coming back here next time we are in the DC area!! And btw, I don’t know if Lashaun is a manager; but if she isn’t she should be. She was fantastic!!

The staff was friendly. This was like our 34th to stay there. They made sure to let us know they remembered us. They gave us a free late checkout

My family and I had a great stay. The hotel staff was great,it was clean, I loved my room,and the breakfast was good too. There are numerous places to eat in the area which was a plus or you can have GrubHub delivered to you free of delivery fee at the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Everything was great except that my child needed to take a 15 minute call for school so I was looking for a quiet cubby or other quiet space which they accommodated by charging me $100 to book a conference room without telling me that there would be a charge or how much it would be.

Food Did not honor the booking.com rate

10 minute can ride from Dulles $20 Great breakfast, fruit, bagels and hot eggs etc. Room has a large fridge, cooker, coffee maker all the knives and forks etc you will need. There is a Shuttle to the airport.

Lashawn at the front desk was wonderful. She was very accommodating that we arrived early and notified us that the shuttle was available to take us to nearby dining facilities. Shuttle driver was very polite also

Drove to VA for a wedding and were VERY pleased with our hotel choice. Family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) fit nicely in a 1-bedroom. Lots of space and very clean accommodations! Will definitely stay here again.
