Homewood Suites by Hilton Dulles Int'l Airport

We arrived a little early (family of 6) and the front desk manager was amazing. Lashaun did everything in her power to facilitate us to check in, gave us some very helpful tips to logistically do something we wanted to and was extremely polite and kind. We will definitely be coming back here next time we are in the DC area!! And btw, I don’t know if Lashaun is a manager; but if she isn’t she should be. She was fantastic!!

The staff was friendly. This was like our 34th to stay there. They made sure to let us know they remembered us. They gave us a free late checkout

Everything was great except that my child needed to take a 15 minute call for school so I was looking for a quiet cubby or other quiet space which they accommodated by charging me $100 to book a conference room without telling me that there would be a charge or how much it would be.

Drove to VA for a wedding and were VERY pleased with our hotel choice. Family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) fit nicely in a 1-bedroom. Lots of space and very clean accommodations! Will definitely stay here again.

Microwave Bugs in the room, curtains didn't close properly, gunk on shower walls, no breakfast or shuttle for early morning travelers, kitchen floor dirty.0

We enjoyed the room setup. It was clean and very comfortable and the staff we came in contact with was great. We liked everything.

Hotel was very Nice we enjoyed the breakfast and the man who checked us in younger gentleman with dark hair was super nice and very accommodating to the best of his abilities. Upon arriving in our room my son noticed a BO smell coming from the sheets. Went down to the front desk and he indeed confirmed it reaked. Gave us new sheets to get through the night. I asked if housekeeping would come the next day and just change out both beds to be safe and he said absolutely. Next day NO ONE came to change the sheets.. I even walked down to talk to front desk they had it "noted" supposedly and no one ever came.. our room did not have the hair dryer in the bathroom so I had to call down and ask for that and we never got our towels replaced.. generally I never complain but this place is super nice and the house keeping really needs to do better especially for a Hilton

This hotel is great. Everyone that works. Here is very nice and we appreciate the airport shuttle.

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection; nice to have the option for hot oatmeal. Great to have the kitchenete since we arrived in the evening from the airport and had no car, we bought some of the frozen food you had for dinner. Can't think of a thing.

While the room initially appeared clean, there was a noticeable odor that made it less comfortable. On the positive side, the pool area was great and my kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was decent and met expectations. Overall, the stay had some good aspects, but improvements in housekeeping and basic room amenities would make a big difference.

There was one beg bug.Everything else was very good. The breakfast was amazing. The location is prime, everything is accessible from this place. Lot of food options.

Great location -close to the metro. The pool was nice. Breakfast was great. The pool room needs ventilation. It was so hot in the area that it almost made me feel sick. The room could’ve been cleaned better.
