Hyatt Regency Dulles International Airport

Rooms are outdated. Air conditioning wasn’t working in the room. Underwhelming and not worth the price. Staff was rude and not helpful. Don’t recommend.

Decent spot for an unplanned IAD overnight.. really appreciated the speed of the check in staff for a lot of customers late at night. Only issue was the shuttle, which maxed out both directions.. managed to squeeze in to get to the hotel (while leaving a few behind), then had to give in and get an uber to get back to make our flight. They need to up their shuttle game..

My first time stay here it was amazing loveeee the staff and the pool, hot tub and gym is a big plus i appreciate the hospitality of the staff members. Most importantly it’s a pretty clean hotel. Room service doesn’t take all day.

When I checked in I was given a king size bed which was not what I reserved. I had to take all my bags back down to the lobby to get the correct room. Once I went to the new room the AC was not properly working. A maintenance tech had to come and clean it out because it was full of dust. I’m not sure what he did because I left the room because it was so hot. It was 99 degrees that evening when I checked in. Once I returned the room was cooler on one side but it obvious that the Room had not been maintained and checked before I arrived. Stay with caution. The lobby is cold and AC works fine don’t be fooled. I would not stay again.

The hotel is close to the airport, and the check in was fast and smooth. There is sharable microwave at the ice room. The water pressure for shower is excellent. The A/c is barely work from 11 am to 9 pm, but at night, it works well. The bathroom celling fan does not vacuum at all. Overall, it is a good experience,

It was clean and spacious room. Property ground was kept in good condition. The only thing that was very weak was A/C system. Not adequate for the room. Couldn’t sleep at night.

The check in and check out process was a breeze, and the staff was helpful. They had water bottles at the front desk, and they were free for guests. But we had to ask first. It would have been helpful to have some water bottles in the rooms, given that many hotels do this.

The room was clean and the was helpful.

Ice machine was not working and we were told to check another floor- but you can only access your own floor (smh). Also- specifically selected the hotel for the hot tub- and then it wasn’t working- only one jet worked. Also- not the place if you want a peaceful weekend - 3 very large weddings were going on- so waited for elevators, all amenities in heavy use. Staff was very pleasant and room was nice - except for the extremely small fridge- even for a dorm size it was small.

The hotel is very convenient to the Dulles airport and the room was spacious. However, the hotel was old and the room needed touch ups in many respects.

Some IAD “night before” hotels are really awful. This one isn’t and the service is adequate. It ain’t the Ritz but you’re there for 12 hours. Restaurant is decent and room was clean.

The property was great and the room was clean but I'm not sure the sheets were laundered because the sheet under the comforter and the one over the comforter had orange stains that should have been cleaned out or thrown away.

Hot water did not work on our room

Stayed here twice now. I like everything about the place.

Despite its popularity, the hotel effectively manages its crowds during events.

Only there 6hrs so limited viewpoint. Room was fine - decent size. But noisy outside of room with other guests.
