Stay was fine but room...

I enjoyed the break fast buffet it had evrything we neededand the saff were amazing and helpfull especially Demaris. She was soo goood. Abit far from the main senter it location. But we wanted to be close to the airport.

They tried to charge for the parking but the lady was very kind and got the charge waived. Thank you. There is no all day coffee tea facilities or water. I think they should reconsider that. Gym is basic and needs renovating. A sauna would be good. Room doesn’t have microwave. The lifts are a joke and only one or 2 seemed to work. Lobby entrance and drop off are tired and not user friendly. No one to assist disabled person with luggage etc. So very impersonal attitude. Shower is nice and spacious - toilet area cramped and seats too low. Bed and pillows were superb. Almost felt like taking a pillow back! No liquid hand soap in basin area. TV had limited channels and no TCM and the functionality was old technology. I would say a decent 6/7 out of 10 no more in terms of overall. Only stayed here as needed to be near airport and rental car company. Else wouldn’t have chosen this. But overall good.

So this property is quite old and not well maintained . We were charged $360 per night for a room with two beds . The property has clearly declined as there were literally holes in the wall of our bathroom that housekeeping was trying to cover with towels. Signage indicated that there was safe deposit boxes at the front desk to store valuables and for once I thought I should do this . I went to the front desk and a very uninterested lady with a Baltic accent informed me there was no such thing. I went back to the room and brought the sign back down. A little later I received a message stating that there were indeed these boxes . However by then I was not inclined to leave any valuables with the front desk staff . The food in the restaurant was appallingly bad and with no restaurants in walking distance , not a great option. One evening upon returning from work that had music from a DJ blasting on the lobby for dancing event , doing the Macharaina. Not really lobby type activities for folks actually paying to stay here . The breakfast gals were nice and tried to offer pleasant hospitality. The cost was just not worth the condition of the property.

The staff was very kind and patient the hotel room was clean. The whole place was beautiful and the breakfast the next day was awesome.

Wonderful quiet placer to stay after a long day of travel. Beds so comfortable, and very quiet! We will definitely stay here again - in fact have already made reservaqtions for next visit.
