It was nice

Stayed with my fiancé trying to work some issues out my mother was nice to pay for two nights, but when a family emergency came up and we couldn’t stay the second night Jason didn’t even agure hesitate or blink an eye he refunded the second night. And my mother received it all back already. We usually stay at the Exton location but with the issues we wanted to be away from everyone and anything we knew to work our problems out which we did hopefully. This location idk if it was bc it was full house or the norm but had scrambled eggs and sausage links plus the bagels and other stuff Exton has. Defn worth the drive and price was amazing. I would defn pay for this location. Don’t get me wrong idk if price will soar come Halloween-Christmas being down the road from Hershey Park but if not this is a hidden gem!

Everthijg was perfect Pool,and room

The room is clean and spacious. The area is good. The only problem for us was that night we can't sleep because of the loud sound and the walking sound back and forth. It feels like we need to look in the door all the time because it sounds like somebody will open it anytime. Good thing we only stay there one night..

The staff at reception were lovely and helpful. The room was clean and yhe breakfast was great. The person kept everything stocked and clean.

Convenient, clean, and friendly staff. There was a spider in our bathroom.

Small hotel just north of Hersheypark and Giant Center. Looks like they're just working on renovations in parts of the building. Rooms were clean, but the carpets were not. Recommend to wear socks or bring slippers. Breakfast was simple eggs and turkey sausage with muffins, bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, juice, and coffee. Nothing extravagant, but certainly fit the need.

Everything was clean, breakfast was good. Nice for my family. Super close to Hershey Park.

Some gluten free choices for breakfast would be nice.

Clean friendly staff Room was supposed to have sofa bed and it did not. Payed extra

No food it was only 900. The manager snapped at me told me he was busy with front desk. Room. Floor was wet and dirty. Refrigerator was leaking. Changed room next room floor was filthy. My grandsons socks were black. Key had trouble opening door

The staff was super nice and accommodating. I believe the young man who checked us in was Henry. He was very kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was fresh with a variety. The breakfast area was clean and the gentleman who maintained it was so kind as well. Everyone from the cleaning staff to the staff at the front desk all greeted us and made us feel at home.

Breakfast No dressers to store clothes. No fitness room. Pool had a lot of sand on the bottom.

The property is very clean and the staff was very nice. The rooms were updated but small and the bathroom was clostriphobic. Would I stay there again, Probably!

Superb

Despite being smoke free our room smelled terribly of smoke. Breakfast was not great, we had to eat out both days as a result, but the coffee was surprisingly good. We also left behind an electric toothbrush and called a few hours after checkout - was not turned in by housekeeping and no effort was made to make a note of it or look into it further. Only plus side was the proximity to Hersheypark but as there are other hotels on each side of this one we will be choosing differently next time.

We were a little disappointed. Bedding did not really fit the beds. Noisy, you hear everything and the folks above us were very noisy. Understood housekeeping was every other day like most hotels since covid. However, they only entry trash and replenish towels. No beds made or evidence of anything else. Staff very nice and hotel clean. But we won’t be going back as it’s just not comfortable with noise level and bedding.
