Great accommodation for the $$ & proximity to Hershey. Checking in the girl didn’t even acknowledge us for 10 minutes while she was typing on the computer even today I’ll be with you in a minute & then was just short when dealing with our check in. Checking out the gentleman was very friendly. Great breakfast.

Great breakfast for kids. Inside pool is clean. Very close and easy drive to HP

The staff is very friendly, and we were very close to Hershey Park. The elevator was scary, it would pause and stutter and the floor was always sticky. There was also 4oz of butter on the sprinkler in our room, took pictures to show staff. Their response was “do you need maintenance?” “I don’t look that high!”

It was very close to Hersheypark—just a 4-minute drive away—which was very convenient for us. Everything was good; however, there should have been a wider variety of food items at breakfast.

Humid in the room, bathroom smelled like mold. Overall, the hotel appearance could have been cleaner. Absolutely would not recommend to friends. Expected more from a Hilton Hotel.

I loved the breakfast and how its only 7 minutes from the park. Based on that alone it is worth the stay. There was a moldy smell upon entry of hotel and the room and pool. The pool was a bit dingy looking. Bugs were a tad bit of a problem but like small gnats or a fly or something on the bathroom walls (maybe tiny spider or 2). Nothing that scared me (someone terribly afraid of bugs)

Ok so the price matched the location. If you’re days are filled with activities, honestly a great stay. They have a lovely staff and the quiet hours are adhered to. Shower was amazing!!!! The humidity needs a little better control in the rooms as they’re older units. Overall not bad at all and would stay again!!! Oh and the breakfast is a wonderful perk!

Great location for visiting Hershey Park and right across the street from an ice cream shop! The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety for what it was. The pool is very small and while it’s nice that it’s enclosed it very loud. Our kiddo who is on the spectrum was very overwhelmed in there. There also isn’t a clock on the wall to know what time it is.

Location, price, breakfast was good the first morning Breakfast was terrible the 2nd morning. No eggs Or sausage and it was 8:45 am. Not like it was closing time. There was a bug inside my toilet paper roll in the bathroom.

Location was good. Just 10 minutes from hershey attractions. Free breakfast was good. Room was clean and confortable. Had self laundry area Staff was nice but they were kind of stressed You have to ring for them to come to the counter and they dont seem to have too much help.

The rugs were soaking wet and the door was open when we arrived.

Disappointing

Extremely overpriced. As if it weren’t expensive enough, in order to check in 2 hrs early we had to pay an extra $60 when every other hotel I’ve ever stayed at had been free. The room was around $900 for two nights and the complimentary breakfast was only cereal. Don’t recommend.

Exactly what we needed for our stay. Overall a good experience.

The staff was great. There was a system issue the first day, and they got us registered at a nearby hotel at their expense. Everyone was nice and accommodating. The lobby is esthetically pleasing.The staff helped quickly when I had an issue the second night. The room and bathroom were not cleaned efficiently. There was a used washcloth on the shower head, there was hair in the shower and door tracks. One of the bed covers had a stain. The ceiling was damaged from an old leak. The interior doors of the room show wear and tare. The vibe is motel, and not hotel.

Tolit was full of paper and crap dirty washcloth in shower bloody bandaid on floor kitchen help handling bagels without gloves help was rude didn’t offer to clean bathroom for us ask for another room was told none available they did refund one night of stay for dirty bathroom
