Very convenient, clean room and good selection for breakfast

This was the best stay I’ve had in awhile the staff was so nice the location was amazing 4 mins away from Hershey park and the car museum right next to us. I cannot wait to come back again

Very new and clean. Staff was great. Beds felt comfy. Air felt nice and cool. Pool was great. The breakfast was pretty bad. The thin walls and floors made it hard to feel rested.

We liked the price and location of the hotel. When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and a line out the door. We waited a good 10 minutes (approximately) before a front desk attendant came. At check in, it went quickly and smooth but there was no conversation or information given. The lobby smelled very strongly of air fresheners. On our way to our room, the hallway carpets were dirty and stained, worrying us about what the condition of the room would look like. The room was okay. The couch bed sheets were stained, which was gross. The blanket felt like it hadn't been washed in a long time. The comforters on the beds felt the same way. We were definitely skeeved out. The next morning, we went to breakfast and were disappointed at the choices. There wasn't even an option for hot food. Usually, hotels at least have the option for waffles or eggs/bacon/sausage. We left and went to McDonald's for breakfast. Unfortunately, we have another 2 nights booked for July. We tried to look for another hotel but unfortunately, we are coming with another family, and it's difficult to find hotels that take large families, especially this close to our trip. Hopefully our next stay here is better, and I can write a better review.

The elevator door also got stuck open and I had to mess with the buttons a few times to get it closed.

Parking was very tight and limited.

The only thing good about this stay was the over night person Donna. She was very nice and accommodating. Having to wait 25 minutes for someone to come to front desk to check us in. Room was too small not as pictured. Not a good experience, did not have breakfast with everything open for everyone to touch.

Room was serviceable for a nights sleep. Floors in rooms were dirty to the point that if your shower floor was wet and you stepped in you left a foot print. Also to be fair this was the cheapest hotel in the area. Two star according to Expedia are accurate.

We loved the proximity to the park, and the staff were very friendly. The property was clean, room was clean and my kids enjoyed the indoor pool. The only thing to improve on was that the cable tv wasn’t working since it was direct tv and there was a storm, which was annoying. Nevertheless, when we called about it, the staff person that came to the room was apologetic about it. The ice cream parlor across the street, King Kone, was also delicious!

When we first pulled into the property we were skeptical about staying but after walking through the front doors it was a total different perspective, fresh, friendly and clean, also the beds are so comfortable, I slept through the night.

The walk-in shower is perfect for someone who has had 2 knee replacements. Victoria was so friendly and helpful. I wasn't happy about the small towels at the pool. I needed more than 1 to dry off before going back to the room.

Everything was very good with one exception. We had a small room with a queen bed for us and a bunk bed for our grandson. The beds, shower, toilet and sink were all in the same shared space. The room really needed a curtain or something that could be drawn when someone was showering or changing. Otherwise we were very happy with the accommodations. Location was perfect.

Great for a one-night stay. Breakfast was on the budget end with very limited hot options, but that’s to be expected. Very satisfied with our visit.

I’m gonna start w/ the rooms. Rooms could’ve bigger, they did have a microwave in the room which was very useful. They posted in the room, staffs would make beds, empty trash & refill w/ clean towels. But, they only emptied the trash & refilled the room w/ clean towels they didn’t make the beds, which was very disappointing. Breakfasts could be better, could’ve had more various of breakfast foods. Staff was ok, they booked me & family in the first floor. I asked them to switch they said all the other rooms were booked. Sorry.

The hotel was very nice inside. Rooms were spacious. The only problem is that with being animal friendly the room smelled very strong like dog pee. I called to see if I could change rooms and they were friendly but unfortunately they were full so we were stuck in a stinky room. The price and location were great. If my room didn’t smell I would have given it 5 stars.

We had a really great and relaxing stay here. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was a great addition and the breakfast was incredible! Lots of options for the whole family. Will stay here again!

I reserved a doubled queen with sofa bed, the room was clean! It had a microwave and mini fridge , a/c worked great! Location to Hershey Park was literally a couple mins away as well as local stores and restaurants! The indoor Pool was a little small, breakfast was basic other than that it’s a decent property to book your stay!
