SpringHill Suites by Marriott Hershey Near the Park

Breakfast was amazing and room were clean

Superb

The amenities, the staff, the lobby, the room There was just one chair in the room, with a suite I would think there is more.

Great location Beds need replaced

The only thing that could have been better was the condition of the spa in the pool area. The water was very discolored.

So clean & fresh Nothing

Staff was very helpful trying to make up for the Booking.com mistake. Booking.com FAILED to send my reservation to the hotel! Then they stated that it was non-refundable even though they didn't do their job.

It was clean and close to town. Bed was located right next to the a/c unit and there wasn’t a way to adjust the vents. So two mornings straight I woke up congested and had a sore throat. Still feeling off even though I’m home now. Why would you have the unit right next to the bed? Especially since you can’t adjust the fins. Grrrr

Very good

One night stay for Hershey Park. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Already booked again for a holiday weekend getaway

Location was great.Breakfast Items could use more healthy choices. Beds were comfortable. Salty and artificial tasting eggs. Paper, thin, sliced ham very low quality.

Room were spacious and clean. Staff are friendly, they let us have late check-out too. Our family went to Hershey Park and it’s just about 5mins away. The only thing we were disappointed was the pool. It was cold, while the jaccuzzi was too hot.

We asked for room cleaning on our second day but that never happened. If you just need a place to lay your head, so you can head to the park then this is okay. Just manage your expectations before you book.

Dead bugs on the ground not vacuumed up. Linens not adequate for the number of beds in room- when asked, I was told that there “isn’t house keeping” after waiting 20 minutes I was handed the linens to make the bed myself. Not enough towels in room for number of guests. (There were four of us)

The proximity to the park. The place was clean and the room was comfortable. We experienced a faulty fire alarm system which sent us running into the parking lot at 2am along with everybody else. There was no information or instructions given. We had to stay in our car for over an hour until it was safe to return inside. Upon check out, we're told that a discount was going to be credited to us for the inconvenience which was never received.

good
