The staff were nice

Near the attractions Not a lot of non fast food restaurants that’s near. I was surprised that there wasn’t a Walmart/Target nearby Bed was soft and could feel my husband toss and turn and woke me up each time. Better coffee and could use flavored creamer such as Hazelnut :(

All staff were friendly and helpful. The distance to Hershey Park was great. The breakfast was absolutely disappointing. While there were several options available, the quality of the food was very poor. There was also not enough seating to accommodate the number of families staying at the hotel. Given the limited seating, breakfast should be extended until at least 10:00 a.m. or 10:30 a.m. to give guests more flexibility. The nightly rate was far too high for the quality of this hotel. There was a fire drill in the evening, which I understand was outside of the hotel's control. However, the elevator was also broken for several hours, creating an additional inconvenience. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was also a major concern. There were small hairs throughout the room, including in the shower and on the bed. The couch appeared as though it had not been cleaned in quite some time. We actually brought our own cleaning products and felt the need to clean parts of the room ourselves. Additionally, children were roaming around the hotel after 10:00 p.m., which contributed to the overall lack of comfort during our stay. Overall, for the price we paid, the experience and cleanliness did not meet reasonable expectations.

Apparently I booked an accessible room, I don't know how that happened. I simply went to the front desk and they were able to give us another room.

False fire alarms at 2:30am at my 1st night, we had to run outside, and stayed outside for more than an hour, then back to the room but the whole family could not sleep back and we have a long driving the next day. Request some compensations.

The complimentary breakfast was another highlight, with a great variety of options and something for everyone. The hotel is also incredibly convenient to Hersheypark, just a 10-minute drive or less. The staff truly made this stay special. Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and helpful The television in the sofa room is in a bad location. Easily hitting our arm and head. Trundle bed could use padding instead of wood

Good location close to Hershey attractions and other places.clean hotel. Continental breakfast was good.

Location Nothing

The location was excellent, room was a nice size for our family of 4. Room was clean and modern. Front desk staff were always friendly and professional. There were only two small trash cans in the room and no room service to empty it between days. I didn’t mind no room service but bigger trash cans would be better for larger rooms for bigger parties staying in these rooms. Not a deal breaker but just a suggestion.

Friendly staff, easy check in, ease of location. Allowed us to check in early. I had booked a king suite but they put me in a double. They may have switched me had I given them the opportunity however I was just happy they allowed us to check in early.
