Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey Near The Park

Great game day weekend hotel.

The room was a good size and had enough space for our stay. However, the hotel overall did not feel very clean. We noticed food on multiple floors, and there was water on the floors from people coming from the pool, including in the elevator. The room also needed some maintenance. The bathtub handle and shower head should be fixed, and the air conditioner was too loud. Overall, the location is good and the staff was friendly, but the hotel needs better cleanliness, stronger upkeep, and some room repairs to provide a better guest experience.

Room was clean and needs was met. Good breakfast, Staff on the duty was not polite especially on the staff on duty on our last morning.

Noisy upstairs neighbors so we had to move to the 3rd floor. Complained to staff. First room floors were super dirty, shower didn’t work properly. Once we moved it was quieter but still not satisfied. The shower was clogged up so we were showering in a big puddle of water. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was clean and had plenty of space for us. Party of 4. The pool was clean and a nice end of day for kids. Front desk (Shay maybe) was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet in the morning checked all the boxes as well. Great place to stay while visiting Hershey Park.

Traveled with family including 3 children. It was clean and comfortable. The shower pressure and temperature was good. The pool was clean and the children enjoyed it. Breakfast was refilled often. The best part coffee all day long!!

Great hotel for our trip to Hershey,PA. Everything was good… clean room, good breakfast and the staff were nice.

The air conditioning system in the 1st room had a motor problem and the shower in the second room was not appealing.. better housekeeping required for the price.

The convenience to Hershey attractions. The price was high for the accommodations provided.

Amenities are great like 24/7 coffee, water pool, guest laundry and breakfast. Location is very peaceful and just 5 mins away from Hershey’s chocolate world and park. Staff is very helpful.

Nice property. The sofa bed was really bad quality. It was sinking in the middle. Overall staff was really nice. Just the female night staff around 11pm at the front desk was a bit unfriendly.

It works for a place to lay your head if you’re trying to go to Hershey Park, but the free breakfast was terrible and the hotel was run-down.

Bathroom shower was filthy. Air conditioner broken the first night, no one available to fix until next day. Supposed to be compensated for trouble but still waiting for response from management. Bedding for pullout not in room, had to request. Staff unhelpful and slightly argumentative. Have to go to the front desk yourself for housekeeping supplies. Would definitely not recommend.

The locations was ideal. Close to the Hershey Park, Mall and other attractions. The staff was welcoming from the start and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The location of the pool and gym were on the first floor with good access. The parking was sufficient and adjacent to the property. The breakfast had a variety of items, including fresh waffles. Comfortable atmosphere.
