In the room next to us or two or three dogs that never stopped barking for two hours. The manager could not make contact with the person who would rented the room. She finally asked if we wanted to be moved. I told her it was too much hassle being in A Wheel Chair. The guy across the hall beat on the door till I thought he would break it down. Finally, the dog shut up around 10 PM.

The elevator floors were dirty, there was a strong marijuana smoke scent upon exiting the elevator on the 3rd floor. I called the front desk to request fresh towels in the morning, but was told I needed to come down and pick them up. Hand soap container in the room was nearly empty when we arrived, small couch in the room was splattered with dirt. Slow drain the restroom sink. Staff at the breakfast area was courteous.

Easy and convenient freeway access. Very warm and friendly staff, especially Karen in the front desk. Super accommodating! (her manager as well) The only small suggestion would be a fresh coat of paint in the room. For some nicks and scratches.

Staff is so friendly and helpful . Very clean lobby and breakfast area . The pool is also very clean . There was a couch in my room that was filthy !!!!!

Karen, Tiffany, and Maria were delightful and brought an amazing customer service energy. We had one area of concern regarding a vehicle blocking the back entrance to our vehicle because of my wife disability however it was corrected when my wife addressed the issue.

It was near my event. The breakfast was decent. The room smelled of urine. There was blood on the sink counter in our bathroom. The sink was cracked. The hot tub was not clean… trash was floating in the water.
